Mutant Zombie Apocalypse

~Chapter Two~

"Shado! Pack your things and get your brother now! He is in the gym!" I hear my father slam the door shut.

"What is wrong? We aren't saposed to leave New York for another week."

He looks at me worried.

"People are eating each other out there Shado! Get your brother. I will pack his things."

I look out the window and see humans that had blood all over jump on the humans that run with fear.

Before I saw anything else, my father closes the curtan in a fast motion.
"Go now! Start the car. I will be there."

"I'll remember that dad. You better."

I ran down stairs to the second floor. The gym was just a corner away.

"Jonathan." I whisper quietly. I hear the echo run down the empy hall.

No response. I got to the enterence of the gym. I couldn't believe my eyes. A zombie. A real life zombie. It couldn't be makeup. The guts were falling out of where they once were.
I had a smell that made me want to throw up.

BANG! I heard a gun from behind me and close my eyes.

Once I open them again I began to see the zombie fall to its knees.

I felt a little bit of blood on my face. I turn around to see who was behind the shooting.

I see my father and a tear falls down my eye.

I run to him to give a hug.

We were hugging so tightly.

Once the hug was over I look up to him.

"What about Jonathan? Do you think he is okay?" I ask.

My father gives me a grin.

"With his powers. Yes." I smile and follow him to our car

He starts it. It makes a funky noise and drives off.

My head pounds. My stomach feels empty still.

"Do you think she can turn into one of us Don! Or maybe she can fly! Like tails does in Son-"

"Shut up Mik-" I hear another inturupt the two who were talking.

"I think she is waking up." He sounded like he was more closer.

Out of curiosity I flutter my eyes open.

Everything was blurry at first but once I saw more clearly.

"Huge green turtles." I began to laugh.

"It's a dream. In reality mayb-"

"In reality a f-cking zombie apocalypse is happening! It has been happening for six months! I'm realit-" the red masked turtle gets inturupted by the one in blue.

"Stop it Raph! She is just a kid."

I'm not a kid. I am 15.

I began to think.

"Sorry about my brother. He is just as scared as anyone though he doesn't like to admit it." The one in blue exclaimed.

I nodd.

"What is your name?" Leo asked.

I look down to my feet and back up. I stay silent.

"I'm sorry. Where is my manners. I'm Leo, the one in red is Raph, and that's Donnie, and Mikey." He points to the purple and orange one.

I look at them when my stomach began to growl.

"Dudes. I think she is hungry." Mikey says.

"I'm sorry. We got some food if you would like." The one called Donnie asks.

I nod.

I sit at a island and eat my instant ramen.

I can hear the turtles talking about me in the other room.

"What is wrong little one?" Someone from behind me asks

"Don't be shy. We want to help." I nod once more.

"Okay. Let's start with something small. What is your name?"

I look at him in the eyes.

"Sh." I began to speak. My voice is shakey and weak.

"Shado." I began to clear my soar throat.

"I am Splinter." He tells me.

I nod and smile at him. I began to eat more ramen when I hear something from what sounds like the orange masked turtle called Mikey.

"I think she is cute. Can we keep her."

I then hear Leo's comment.

"It's up to her. We can't force her to be with us. But first, how can we trust her? She won't speak to us." I look down and lower my fluffy tails.

"Don't be sad. I'll talk to my son. He is just concerned. He is the leader, so he needs to be." I nod again.

"Okay" I say. The rat mutant smiles.

I take a shower after six months. It felt wierd but a great wierd. I felt fresh. The turtles had an extra tooth brush so I went ahead and did that too.

I look up at the mirror and see a pale face I didn't recognize. My hair is very long and began to feel so heavy that I got headaches. I took the blade my father have to me about a year ago before my mother passed away and began to cut my hair a little below my shoulder.

I walk out in a shirt they handed to me. They said it was a friends of there's that died durring the zombie outbrake.

It was kind of nice. It was a little big but it worked.

"Wow. Dudette. Your hair is-" I inturupted Mikey.

"I know." I told him and walk to the couch to sit down.

Beeeep!.....Beeeep!...... Beeeep!..... Beeeeeep!

An alarm goes off and red lights flash. I see Donnie run to his lab and back to where everyone is at.
"Guys! The infected found a way in. We need to leave now!"

"Pack two things that is valued to you and get in the shell razor!" Leo yells.

I don't grab anything and go to where everyone else is going.

I see a rail track and look to the left and see a huge pack of zombies. Some run, some walk, and some crawl.

My eyes widen and I freeze as Leo grabs my arm and rushes me to a giant vehicle.

"Hey kid! Stop freezing all the time and run." I hear Raph say.

I roll my eyes and take more of a look in the van like vehicle.

"Wow." I say in responce of this cool ride.

"This is pretty lit."
