Wake

Aleks p.o.v

"Gah!" I jumped up, Ein whimpered and stepped back off of me. I sighed and patted her head she tried to wag her nub but instead wagged her whole body. Mishka was up now. I knew they needed out, I checked my phone it read: 2:45. I uncovered myself and walked around the home. I let the two out and they happily went around outside. I sighed. I grunted and leaned against the door post. The wound had started to bleed once more. Ein must have accidentally put to much weight on it.

     The pain had become much more serious. I cried out and fell to my knees. I took sharp intakes. "I need to call James!" I growled. They had me stay the night at the place instead of home. James must have trusted me with Ein here. Mishka was at my side and Ein on the other. I shook my head and leaned against the cold concrete wall by the burnt and torn up cow patterned couch. "God dammit!" I shouted, keeping my eyes tightly shut. The dogs whimpered.

     I crawled back to the couch and grabbed my phone. I went to my favorites where all my friends contacts were. I hit James' contact. I put it on speaker. "Please answer, please answer, please answer." I whispered. He didn't. I then tried Brett's, no answer. I pressed Joes contact, he answered. :What is it Aleks?: I answered, "im in some god damn pain, fuckin help me dude." I heard a bunch of shuffling, :I'm coming man! So is James and Brett, they are at my house, we were playing a game sorry dude: Joe was getting in his car, I could tell. "Ok, I'll be here." I ended the call.

     "Alright, I just have to holdout, they won't take that long...I hope." I petted Mishka then Ein. The three of us waited.

   James p.o.v

     I didn't even care to buckle, I sat in the middle of the backseat of Joes car and leaned forward. "Come on! Aleks may be dying!" I glared, "calm down, he isn't dying. He prolly can't stand to get the pain meds. He may need company but he will be fine by like the end of this week." Brett didn't seem fazed, I gave him a disbelieving look, "Brett?!" I growled. "James, he's ok. You worry to much man," Joe spoke up making a left turn. I nodded with a sigh, "you're right, he's fine. I just need to calm down." I sat back, waiting to get to Aleks.

     We pulled into our video making place and I hopped out quickly, jogging around the corner. I opened the gate and let Joe drive in, then I shut it and ran towards the door. I opened the door and ran in. I looked around to see Aleks by the couch. I went to him quickly and leaned down to him, "Aleksandr, can you hear me? Are you okay?" I asked looking him over. The shirtless man in front of me smirked at me, "I'm doing good right now, just need some damn pain meds if ya don't mind." He grunted. I nodded, "I'll get them, Joe and Brett are coming in." I went and got the pain meds, when I came back Brett was helping Aleks stand up.

     "Sit on the couch," Brett ordered. Aleks sat down slowly. Joe had gotten a glass of water already. "Alright take these," I handed two of them to him, which he thanked me and gulped them down with the water. "Thank you guys so much, I'm sorry to bother you." He looked down, "Aleks, you didn't bother us, believe me man. Besides, how about we take you home. I'll load up Mishka and Ein. She prolly wants to go home now. Then, I can stay the night there and take you to work, then when we are finished you can drive back home. Sound fair?" Aleks smiled and nodded at me, "thanks James." I nodded.

     "Actually, I think I might need to take you're car." I answered looking at Joe. "Oh ya, you left you're car at my house." Joe laughed, Aleks shrugged, "fine with me." Brett talked for the first time, "I'll just hang back at Joes house for the rest of the night." He yawned after, Joe nodded, "good with me."

     Everybody made their plans go into action. I was taking Mishka and Ein to the car while Brett walked with Aleks. Aleks leaned against the car as Brett opened up the passenger door. He then looked at Aleks nervously, "do you think you can get in yourself? Or do you want me to carry you and set you in?" Aleks smirked, "I can manage to get myself in the car." Aleks remarked chuckling a little.

     Aleks made his way to the car door. He easily set himself inside hit. He let out a heavy breath then relaxed. I smiled, "we'll make it home. I'll text you guys when we get there." I spoke up. Brett held up a thumb then opened up the gates for me and Aleks. I drove out in his black Camaro.

     "Thanks, I really do appreciate it," Aleks mumbled. I smiled and looked at him, "it's no biggie man, we've stayed the night at each other's house before." Aleks sighed and looked out the window. I gazed at him. His side was bloody. "Seriously Aleks, you aren't a thorn in my side. It's ok." Aleks looked at me. Mishka barked aloud and I glared in the mirror at her. Aleks let out a shaky breath, "Aleksandr whats wrong? I know you don't normally act like this." He sobbed. I went eyes wide at him.

     "I-I'm sorry James! I should have been more careful. You guys do so much for me and I don't have nothing to repay you." I pulled in his drive way and unbuckled then turned to him, "Alesksandr, are you serious? You don't need to repay us. We are best buddy's. It's just what we do." I smiled warmly. He looked at me and wiped his eyes, "you're right. I'm sorry and again thanks." He looked at me with a smile. "You're welcome, now let's get these dogs inside and you too." I opened the door and got out.

     I got Aleks inside and the dogs followed. I made sure to lock the cars doors then put the keys on his counter. Aleks limped inside. He locked the door with a sigh and yanwed. "Let's get to bed, you can sleep with me if ya want, the couch isn't all that comfortable to sleep on." Aleks suggested, "I'll sleep with ya." He smiled and started to his room. I followed. Mishka got on the foot of the bed, "do you care if Ein sleeps up here?" I asked. "She can sleep up here, I don't mind. She takes up a lot less space that fat ass over here." Aleks smirked and ruffled Mishkas head. I chuckled and hoisted up Ein who slept right next to Mishka.

     I got in bed and Aleks got on the other side. We slept back to back like we usually would if we slept in the same bed together. "Goodnight Aleksandr." I mumbled, "goodnight James." Aleks mumbled back then I fell asleep with a small smile.
