I was welcomed by light. I moved and heard someone else sleeping I knitted my brows in confusion and turned over. I smiled when I saw it was Aleksandr. He was sleeping soundly on his back. He had prolly just turned over in the night. I yawned and looked at my feet. Mishka had curled into a ball while Ein looked like she was protecting her. I thought of me and Aleks. I looked at him, he was one of the shortest guys out of our group. Joe being the shortest.
"Come on, let's take you two on out." I whispered to the two dogs. Mishka and Ein wagged their tails. I picked up Ein and set her on the ground. Mishka jumped down with ease. I opened the door and went to the back door. I let the two out. Aleks also had a fence around his back yard. They did their business then came inside and started to play with each other. I heard shuffling. I looked up and saw a shirtless Aleks. He rubbed his eyes. I saw dried up blood on his side where his stitches were all still in place.
"Good Morning." He looked up at me with his blonde hair. "Good morning James." He turned on his coffee maker and poured water in it. With his own flavor of coffee grounds. "How is you're side?" I asked, "sore, but better." He sat down across his counter from me. He had seats like a bar would.
"How about I get that dried up blood off of you," he shifted. "It's alright, I need to take a shower anyway." I nodded, "ok, do you need any he-," he cut me off. "No, too far there," he chuckled a little. I laughed. "I thought you had a shirt on last night." He looked down at himself, all his tattoos. "I did. I had to take it off because of the blood. I am glad it was dry before I got in bed. Or else I would be washing my sheets again. I just washed them yesterday." Mishka whined at her food and water bowl. Ein did too.
"Ein can have some of Mishkas food. She has a whole other back in storage." He was about to get up, "I got it." He stayed. I smiled that I got their first. I filled up the water bowl and then got all the food. I poured some into the bowl. They shared, "it's weird how they get along so well. I thought that maybe it would take a while. But, Ein being a girl. I guess she just took in Mishka since she was a pup." I shrugged. "That's what I was thinkin'." The coffee maker beeped, notifying it was done. Aleks stood and limped over. I looked at him concerned. He opened the cabinet door. He started to reach for two mugs. He gasped and brought his arm back down quickly. He held his side, " I got it Aleks. Don't hurt yourself or strain yourself trying to get mugs out of a cabinet." He stepped back with a sigh, "sorry." I looked at him, sharply, "there is nothing to be sorry about. I just don't want to see you in so much pain." I closed the cabinet and poured his coffee. I poured mine then put it back, "I'll get the sugar, do you want creamer?" He nodded. I smirked, "ok." I got the sugar out of the cabinet. Then, got the creamer out of the fridge.
He put in his own sugar and creamer. He sat back down. I did the same. We sat there.
Aleks p.o.v
I smiled at James, he was trying to get the coffee out of his mustache and beard, "you have to use a napkin, you idjit." He chuckled and i gave him one. The door bell went off. I sighed and stood up. James walked up behind me. "Who do you think it is?" He asked, "i don't know." I answered. I opened the door and saw it was two girls. They had a red wagon full of cookies, "James, go get my wallet." I smirked. I stepped out and they both smiled, one was blonde, she was about twelve. She had amazing green eyes. The other was orange haired also had stunning green eyes.
"Hello there. We are Girl Scouts just trying to raise money for our school. We have a variety of cookies. Would you like any?" The blonde one spoke, "oh and my name is Jenny, this is my best friend, Linzie." The blonde now known as Jenny spoke up again. I smiled, "I'm Aleks, spelled with a 'ks' not 'xs'." Jenny smiled, "oh it's Russian! Wait! Omg! You are Aleksandr Marchand! From Cow Chop! I'm a big fan! You are so cool, I have a funny personality just like you-!" Linzie spoke up she seems to be more mature, "woah, calm down. So this is you're favorite Cow Chop member you are always talking about?" She smiled. I chuckled. "Nice to meet you." She smiled wider.
"Want a picture?" She nodded. "Ok, let me get a shirt on, James should be back in a minute. Tell him to get thin mints." The girl nodded. I went inside and got a white shirt on. I limped back out to her. We got a picture. James smiled at it, "thanks girls." I waved and they waved back. With that they were on their way to the next stop. James smiled at me.
"Nice kids. You don't get that often." I chuckled, "ya I know." We went to go sit back down and enjoy thin mint with our coffee. But...the door bell rang again. I sighed and went back. James came with me. I opened the door and it revealed, "Joe?" He smiled at me with his Cow Chop hat, "come on in." He stepped inside.
"How's you're side?" He lifted up my shirt, "sore, but lots better." He nodded, "that's good. Brett was worried about it all night." James smiled at me, "Brett cares." I smirked, "that's the first, he's showed it." Joe smiled.
"I need to go take a shower, there is coffee left over, and some thin mints Joe, help yourself." I said limping to the bathroom. "Thanks Aleks." I waved and went into the bathroom. I gently got undressed, I stepped in the shower and let the warm water rush over me. I grabbed the shampoo and began to wash my hair. After all the soap was washed out I began to wash my body with my body wash. I also used conditioner for my hair. I had made sure that I got all the dried up blood off of me.
I finished. I turned off the shower and stepped out. I grabbed my towel and wrapped it around my torso. I opened the door letting all the steam out. I walked into the mkitchen, "didn't know you were here Brett." He looked up and smiled, "ya sorry, I guess we can have a full on out movie night at you're house." I smiled and nodded, "just what I was thinking." I looked down, "just let me get some clothes on." Everyone smirked, "sounds good. I already asked Trevor, he has stuff going on today." I sighed, "alright, I'll be out in a minute." I walked back to my room and shut the door. I grabbed some pjs, I knew they would all stay the night so why not just get dressed for it.
Joes p.o.v
Brett started to whisper, "how is he?" James smiled, "just fine, like you said he will be fine soon. He is just sore as he describes it." Brett nodded, "good. That's normal." James looked worried, "he's not normal." I snickered and Brett shook his head with a smile.
"James got you there." I chuckled. Aleks then came into the room, "what do you guys wanna watch?" Brett shrugged, "has the new Transformers movie come out on Hulu or something?" Aleks gave him his look.

"Sorry, I know you don't like when I talk about you're Transformers fandom." Brett chuckled. Aleks rolled his eyes and limped to the couch. I hopped off the stool and went to go sit on the couch too. Aleks sat in the middle. James sat on the right and I sat on the left. Brett sat in the chair. James went and picked one we all agreed on. It was called Bad Moms? He said it was good and ridiculously funny.
