"So I won't see you after today?" I asked as tears started coming from my eyes.
"Of course you will see me again!" Jungkook said with a smile on his face. "You just won't see me in the same way."
This made me cry even harder. He always wanted to be an idol, but I honestly never thought that he would actually make it into a group. Why did he tell me this today? I am going to miss him so much.
Jungkook looked at the ground. "You are really making me feel bad, you know that right?" He asked.
This made me smile a little. "Good," I said dabbing the tears from my eyes.
“That’s a good way to say goodbye,” Jungkook said raising my chin up so I could look into his dark eyes.
“But I don’t want to say goodbye to you,” I said pulling my face from his grasp.
Jungkook put his head down. “Then I guess this day will have to count.”
He took my hand and we raced out of the park. My hand got sweaty fast. Gosh, why did he have to grab my hand? We have never dated and had never even held hands before today. And now he thinks that today would be a good day to finally make a move.
I had always loved him. Ever since we were kids. Ever since I saw his face for the first time.
And now we were running through the streets of Seoul, hand and hand, not having a care in the world.
I looked at my watch. It was already 4 in the afternoon. I looked at Jungkook’s smiling face.
“What time do you think that you will have to go under the company’s dorm?” I asked. He told me that he would have to move in with the other members tomorrow.
Jungkook frowned a little bit. “I have to be gone, and all of my stuff packed by 5 in the morning.”
I looked at the ground that we were running on. Jungkook squeezed my hand a little.
“Don’t think that we have to go back right away,” He said smiling at me.
“We should go back to your house by 10, so I can help you pack,” I said.
“Okay,” Jungkook said and we slowed our running to a walk.
He jerked my arm and led us into a karaoke bar. We aren’t allowed to drink but we went inside anyways.
We went inside of the rooms and paid for 2 hours’ worth of music and hearing his amazing voice. I hated singing but Jungkook had a raspy, beautiful voice that I never got sick of.
After 2 hours of singing Miss A, Infinite and Girls Generation songs, we finally left the lightened room and continued on our journey.
