I just remember waking up to screaming. My eyes shot open and I looked around, and found that I was in a cage. As I continued to look around I saw others in cages. I am not a human nor any animals you know. I am a small creature of the dark, harmless for the most part. But we monsters also have nightmares.
We small creatures have to fear Böse. A very much larger creature who hunts, and eats my kind. He is the creature of the dark you humans fear. Closely related to the one under your bed, and in your closet. Oh but Böse is far worse. He isn't the type of creature that runs at you and violently attacks you, oh no. He plays with you. If he wanted to kill you...he would have done it long ago.
