Crystal's Pov.

My alarm sets off signalling off for me to wake up. I woke up still not being able to forget everything that happen on Saturday. I usually understand everything that happens, but that... I had no idea.

I knew all I had to do is ignore it for now so things can be more calm and then my friends might be able to give me answers.

I got out of bed and did all the usual things I did in the morning before school and I looked at the mirror to see how I looked. I was wearing leggings, my red flannel and I had my red boots on. I smiled.

Perfect.

I walked downstairs to be greeted by my mother since my farther had to be working early this morning. I got a bowl and poured my cereal and milk as my sister ran down the stairs.

"Morning sissy!"

"Morning princess, how did you sleep?"

"Good" She gave me one of her big smiles, which I found so cute since she had two teeth missing.

I poured out a bowl of cereal for her and we talked about random things we like since she always loved talking about that and I always want to see her happy. 

After I was done, I put my bowl in the dishwasher and told my both my mother and sister goodbye as I went outside to go catch my bus. 

I waited at the bus stop while I played music through my headphones since I don't really talk to the people who gets on or off my bus stop. 

After about five minutes, the bus finally arrived. I got on the bus last, thank goodness I did because as soon as I got on the bus, I froze in my spot. 

Nash was on my bus and sitting in the back seat.

"Excuse me Miss, I would like to start moving the bus."

But I still didn't move, I couldn't I don't know why. All I could do is stare at Nash, that was when he turned his head and give me back a cold stare. This have been going on for maybe the whole did if Laura didn't pull me back into te seat she was sitting at?

"What is with you?"

Wait did she really ask me that?

"Are you actually asking me this?" I give her a confused look.

"Well yeah, you first run away from the mall, don't text us back this whole weekend after running off and now you are having some  weird stare session with Nash?"

"did you forget what happen Saturday or?"

"No, but its normal. Nash does it all the time so I don't see what the problem was."

"You got to be kidding me, I swear you and the girls are keeping a huge secret me, actually probably everyone in this world is and no one will tell me anything" I give her one last look and plug in my headphones. 

I can't deal with this, no one has ever treated me like this but I believe in treat others the way you want to be treated and thats what I always and it has always worked until now it seems.

Thankfully, after about 3 minutes after all of that, we arrived at the school. I quickly jumped out of my seat and went off the bus. I went to my locker to see Amber and Bella already there. They were looking weirdly at both Laura and I. I just ignored it and went to my locker to exchange my books so I had the books I needed for class.

"Crystal, are you okay?"

"I'm fine"

Without another word being said, the bell rand and I started walking to class. I heard the girls whisper something as I couldn't make out what they said. 

I took my regular seat in class to see Nash and come in right after Bella did. These were two people who I didn't want to sit near but of course I set in the middle of them.

Bella spoke up to me.

"Hey Crystal, did you do the homework?"

"Of course I did."

"Oh, I only did some of it. I was worried about you"

"Well that's surprising" 

"Crystal, don't act like this. you know I care about you, we all do."

"If you did, all three of you wouldn't keep secrets from me"

"Some secrets are meant to stay secret and it could be to protect others"

"So you are saying this secret that you won't tell me is, is protecting me?"

"Yes"

"please, I can protect myself, a secret won't protect me"

I saw Bella's mouth opened to respond but she was interrupted but Mr.Matthews saying good morning us. Thank goodness he did because I didn't want to talk about this whole secret thing anymore. I sighed  and looked at Nash who was looking interestingly at Bella and I. I just shook my head and went back to paying attention to what out teacher was saying.

But what did Bella mean this secret will protect me?

After two never ending periods, it was finally time for lunch expect I wasn't too excited today.

I walked into the cafeteria and sat with my friends, preparing myself for a discussion about this. 

"Hi" I see Amber speak up first.

"Hello"

"Are you still mad at us"

"maybe, I thought we were best friends and could trust each other with any secret."

"You really badly want to know?"

"Yes"

Amber looked at the other girls seeing they nodded, allowing Amber to tell me. She turned back to me and opened her month but nothing come back as she was starring some at something behind me.

"Um excuse me for a second"

Without anything else being said, she quickly got up and walked in the direction she was looking. I turned around to see where she was going and I saw Nash standing by the cafeteria doors starring at us but quickly walks out of the cafeteria and Amber walks out the same way.

What was going on between them?
