Your Blood Is Mine~ {Vampire Levi X Human Eren}

4. Backstory

Eren's fangs disappeared for now. Levi looks down at him, concerned, his eyes never leaving Eren's face. After awhile, Eren woke up, a groan escaping from his mouth, he rubbed his head.

"L-Levi....?"

Levi looked down at Eren, his hands going to Eren's head.

"I'm here Eren."

Eren looked at him, trying to move but only winced.

"What happened...?" He asked, weakly.I

Levi sighed and gently rubbed his forehead.

"Eren...you're a vampire...."

"I am? I don't remember..."

Levi nodded. "You woke up from your nap. You said your throat was burning."

Eren nods slightly, regretting the nod.

Levi looked at him. "Eren, are you ok?"

"It's so hard to move.."

"This is my fault."

"What do you mean, Levi?"

"I turned you into a vampire...when I got you and drank some of your blood, it was so sweet I released a small amount of venom in your bloodstream."

Eren smiled softly, lifting his hand and touched his cheek gently.

"Stop blaming yourself for this Levi....you do what you were born to do...I understand...We'll be by each other's side...."

Levi stared up at him, shocked. Ever since he had become a vampire, no one was ever as nice to him as the male in front of him. He lifted his own hand and placed it on top of Eren's, he smiled up at him.

"I wasn't born like this....but I'm glad you say you'll stay by my side."

Eren smiled, falling back into unconscious, he ignored the pain, his hand slipped slightly.

Levi gently laid him back down, climbing in the bed beside him. Eren's breathing was calm.

The next day arrived, Levi has woken up before Eren. He was downstairs in the kitchen, holding a jar of red blood. The pain had gone down, Eren noticed as he slept. Levi soon put the jar away, walking over to the couch and sitting down. Eren started to wake up a little, he yawned as he sat up.

"L-Levi?.." He yawned and looked around.

Levi heard Eren say his name. He stood up and walked back upstairs to the room and walking in.

"Yes, Eren?"

Eren smiled and waved. "I was wondering on where you went...the pains gone down.

Levi walked over by him and sat down on the bed, looking at him. "That's good."

Eren smiled and nods. "Levi?"

Levi looks at him. "Yes?"

"How come I can't remember that I was a vampire? This was the only thing I never studied...is it normal for somebody to not remember?"

"It is quite normal actually. I wouldn't remember when it first happened to me."

Eren nods. "Did you remember when you were turned?"

Levi nods. "Would you like to hear?"

Eren nods.

"Well I was just a child when it happened. I was out with my parents and then it happened."

Eren nods, listening.

"I was playing by a stream, skipping rocks. Then I heard my mother scream. I acted and fast and headed to where they were but I stopped when I saw it. There was blood everywhere and then I looked at my mother's body..there was a man biting her neck. Of course for a child I got scared and started to back away, but I ended up falling on my butt and he heard me. He walked over towards me with a smile on his face. I was scared..then it happened and I blacked out."

Eren listened to him.

"I woke up the next day...my throat burned.." Levi sighed, not being able to finish.

Eren crawled behind him, placing his hands on his shoulders, massaging his shoulders gently. "It's alright Levi, I won't push you to finish if it bothers you." He whispered in his ear.

Levi blushed lightly, but nodded.
