Daichi Sawamura! Part II

You weren't yourself during practice, and people noticed it, but Daichi didn't approached, he only look at you worried. You were a libero but you played as a wing spiker. Since you weren't on your 100%, you injured your ankle, it was nothing serious but you couldn't walk normally. Daichi offered himself to get you to the infirmary and he called it a day.

"You just need to keep this bandage on, don't walk to much or don't do any sports activities. This means no volleyball or it would get worse" the nurse said.

Daichi gave you a piggyback ride to his house. There was silence, not just any silence, it was an awkward one. You layed your head on his shoulder, his scent got you hipnoticed.

"I-I'm sorry, Daichi... " you whispered.

"It's okay, mistakes happen..." he said while giving you a comfortable smile.

"It's not just that... Im sorry I haven't treated you right... " you said and a tear fall in his shoulder.

"H-Hey, it's okay... You don't have to cry about it.. " he puts you down, stood in front of you and put his hands on your cheek, and with his thumb he wipped the tears.

You blush from his contact and made you stop crying. He got near you and kissed your forehead.

"It's my fault you were space out and got injured... " he said putting his hands on the back of his head, making the warmth of his hands leave.

"B-But it was... " you suttered but Daichi cut your words off with a kiss.

"(Y/n), it's my fault okay? I'm being jealous over your friendship with Chloe... It's all because I love you... Ever since we were kids... " he look at your eyes.

He... HE WHAT?! You though with a mad blush on your face.

"Y-You w-what..?" you said trying to confirm what he said.

"I love you, (Y/n) (L/n)... " he hugged you and buried your head in his chest.

"I-I, I love you too... " you said while hugging him back.

Now this time there was a comfortable silence, and a hugged that apparently neither of you wanted to break.

"We should head home or we'll freeze out here" he picked you up in a piggyback and went to his house.

~Time skip~

"We are home!" Daichi said while entering his house, but there was no response. He went to the kitchen and saw a note.

"Daichi, Don't freak out if I'm not home. Apparently two co-workers of mine, can't do the shift at the store so they called me if I could take both shift and I accepted. I'm not going to be home until tomorrow night. Be sure to feed yourselves right, and send my apologies to (Y/n), it have been so long since I saw him"
