Your Pov

I was walking with my bestfriend since elementary, Hinata Shoyo. The ball of sunshine everyone loves, he is so happy and content, that it was contagious, at least for me. We we're talking about how our first day as second year in middle school was for us. But we suddenly stop and Hinata quickly ran at a group of kids who were playing volleyball.

"Hey, wait up!" I shouted at him, chuckling by his crazy love for volleyball.

"C'mon (N/n)! Let's play with them!" he shouted back while jumping with a big smile on his face.

We spent an hour playing volleyball with the kids, and obviously, he kind of overdid it, knowing that we were up against some kids.

"That was fun!" he chirped happily.

"What? You called that fun?" I asked him while laughing. "They were just kids, and you overdid it"

"Hey! I just wanted to play!" he pouted cutely while crossing his arms.

"Yeah but it would be more fun when you find people who are in the same league as you, I mean knowing that both teams are kind of equal and they have to play hard to break ties is cool to watch!" I said fantasising about it.

"Your right!" he said with a smile.

After that, we parted our ways. We were so similar, lovers of volleyball, happy, and funny. Yet, we were different, something that I hated my entire life was that he like girls and I like boys.

I always found it disgusting for me to like someone with the same gender as me. I always accepted people like me, but me? No. I didn't accept myself, yet, I accepted everyone. And the worst part is that I fell in love with him, Hinata Shoyo.

I talked to my parents about it and they were accepting and supporting, but I just hated myself. I couldn't bare myself, for loving boys, for loving him.

My father received a job offer on (City/State) and it was a good pay, my parent's didn't want to leave but I convinced them to. I just didn't want to be near him, everything gets so weird for me, I don't like it at all.

After that, I left Hinata without telling him, he called me a million times and texted me. I felted cruel, he is a good kid and he doesn't deserve this treatment, but I can't, it would only affect me more.

Two years have passed, and you were recognized in the volleyball world as the "Trickster". Your plays were normal but you changed moves at last minute or make them real difficult for others to receive them, you were good at confusing the opponents.

When you finished middle school in (City/State), you decided to head back to Japan, and go to Karasuno. You liked the school there because it was somewhat accepting and friendly for you. Since you transferred a month late, you were the only one who didn't knew anyone there.

You head towards your respective class room, and you were nervous since for you it was your first day. You got to your teacher and talk with him about you being the new transfer student. He let you in with a smile and told you to introduce yourself.

"Good morning everyone! My name is (Y/n) (L/n), but you can call me (Y/n), I come from (City/State) and I hope that we can be good friends" you said to everyone and some girls 'awed' at your cute self, along with some boys who did it internally.

The teacher told you to sit down behind an oranged haired boy who was small, but bigger than you. You find the oranged hair boy a lot familiar, but you shake it out anyways. He saw you and he was a bit surprised, he even looked like he hold some tears, but he gave you a smile.

"Hey, nice to meet you, My name is Hinata Shoyo, I hope we can an be good friends!" he said smiling at you.

That's when you realize, that he was, and still is, your crush. You felted a thousand feelings in one, and half of them weren't good. You were happy to see he was okay, you were sad and mad that you wanted to see him again.

"H-Hinata..." you said with a trembling voice.

"Can we talk at lunch?" he gave you a nostalgic smile and you nodded while looking away.

When it was lunch time, the both of you for your bentos and went to the school roof.

"I'm sorry Hinata..." you said looking down.

"Hey, it's okay, at least tell me why you leave and you didn't respond to my calls and messages" he puts a hand on your shoulder and gave you a smile, you undo his hands in your shoulder gently, trying to not look cruel or mean.

"I'm sorry Hinata... My father got a job offer in another place and I took this opportunity to make a new life..." you said looking away.

"Why? You've always been happy, and smiling, at least when I'm around" he said a bit worried.

"Because ! I hated myself and I still do! I'm disgusting because I like boys! I'm disgusting Because I like you... " you said crying, trying to hide your face.

"(Y/n)... " he said surprised.

"Yeah, I know... I'm disgusting, I even hate myself!" you said punching the door behind you, leaving it with your fist marked. "It's so frustrating... Living with something you don't like, something that you can't change... "

"(N/n)! I like you too, okay?!" he shouted at you while blushing, leaving you quiet by surprised. "I have been, ever since eelementary school! That's why I always called and texted you! That's why I tried so hard to do things for you!"

"And you don't have to be ashamed and disgusted with yourself, just don't! You are beautiful and amazing! That's why I like you! Because you make feel 'Woosh!' and 'Pow!'" he said blushing more.

"Fine, I'll stop" you said with a smile on your face, cleaning your tears. "Only with one condition"

"What is it?" he asked cleaning now his tears.

"Don't ever leave me" you said with a smile that he soon got too. "Ever... " you said while receiving a hug.

"I'll promise..." he said with a nostalgic smile. "I love you... (Y/n) (L/n)"
