(Time Rift)
King Jarim Burton took the crwdit for the fall of the Drakans, however James Dunn and the Resistence shares a big role in leading the world to freedom.

Burton: Thank you for coming.

Dunn: My pleasure great King.

Burton: The world is in danger. Even after the Coven, evil still rises.

Dunn: We are ready to fight! My king give me the word and I shall...

Burton: I... I am not ready to put my people in harms way! We must find the alternative!?

Dunn: But my king!?

Burton: It is final!

Drex out his journey on hold for a moment of rest and finds a pub. In the pub, one man in the back stood out. Jeremiah Blurr... Regarded as the most dangerous man in hand to hand to ever live... Judging by his whopping boxing record of 300 and 0, it was a safe enough claim.

Blurr: I know who you are...

Drex: I am also aware of you.

Blurr: You are the animal who kills for fun!

Drex: You think you are any better than me just because you kill to feed people?! You are still a killer.

Blurr: Yeah but at least I am no ones dog...

Blurr was a poor orphan who was adopted by the rich of the Ciphon Islands and was bred to be a World Boxing Champion... He's the robin hood steal from the rich and give to the poor.

After the pub Drex spots a bunker behind a trench in the passe. As he gets closer to the bunker he hears the chanting of a large group of people. He enters the bunker to find a pit surrounded by savages. Rine of the Wastelands stands at center.

Rine: Its simple, beat me and you live... Lose and you'll be begging me to kill you anyway.

Drex: Hmmmp...

Rine rushes Drex. Drex slips under and drop kicks Rine in the back. Drex propels forward and punches Rine. Rine falls. Drex rushes Rine twisted in the air from a punch he catches his balance, springing forward catching Drex with a kick. Blow for blow these two warriors showed no signs of welting. They both spring back.

Rine: You will never...

Drex quickly strikes Rine with a powerful knee to the head rendering him unconscious. Drex heads to the door and two men stepped in the way...

Rine: Let him pass...

The recent battles that took place forced Drex to shed light on why ot was that he found himself in these situations, as he never put himself in harms way but yet always found himself in a dangerous battle. So much bloodsed, so many lives that had been taken by his hands started to weigh on Drex as he sometimes could still hear the screams.

Drex understood that he had to do anything it took to find out who his parents were, even if it killed him.

King Lagan VIII was always good to Drex and he always made sure that he paid Drex on time so the worry was not Lagan it was the rest of the Wastelands taking the fight out of Drex.
