The Great Lie

The Coven was created under the impression that the growing numbers of Magic casters would eventually cause anarchy among the ranks.

Lagan, the leader of King Jarim's army was tasked with the delivery of a letter that would have ended the bloodiest showcase to date.

The ceasefire never happened and after Jarim disappeared Lagan positioned himself at the top by instituting the tournament and winning the first.

Drex opens the door to witness the hunter stalking.

Hunter: Are you with her?

Drex: You again... If you have come to kill me...

Hunter: No. Her.

Drex: For!?...

Hunter: She is a witch, all magic must die.

Drex: So you're the Magic Hunter huh? Well, You can have her... Just gotta kill me first...

Hunter: . . . My whole life was destroyed by magic!!!! They all must die!

Drex: .......

The hunter rushes Drex causing him to stumble back. Drex strikes back, the Hunter uses the darkness to confuse Drex even though it has minimal effects.

The Hunter uses time windows that allow him to reappear different places, making him a tough out. Drex resorts to Beth he used the glare to track the Hunter's movements.

A blow for blow all out war ensued. Drex wounds the Hunter slashing through his armor.

Hunter: Hmm... You've cit me...

Drex: I will kill you...

Hunter: Until next time...

Drex was really irritated about how little he knew about this atrange being... He wondered why he hated magic so much.

Drex thought about what happened to the Coven he put it in the back of his mind to venture into it one day.

All Drex knew was that he could not let his guard down from that being again or he could be a goner.
