As usual, she made her way to the bathroom window. David surely knew what this meant, but this wasn"t simply an ordinary night. Olive quickly stripped down and shoved her clothes in a plastic bag, they were no use to her now. Before setting the bag down, she caught a good look at her hands, caked on blood and other indescrible substances.

What've I done?

That blasted question dared to pop in. Tonight, her feeling was different, rather than relive her moments that've just occurred she thought of Valerie. Valerie seemed to clutter her mind as she attempted to relive her experience. Thinking back to the very first stab, very first jolt of force, where she caught sight of their eyes, those big helpless eyes.

"Olive what are you doing!" Valerie giggled with amusement as she watched Olive scurry up a tree. "Come up!" A tempting offer indeed, "But I can't climb! I'll fall!" Nevertheless, Olive was stubborn, extending a helpful and willing hand. Thankfully, Valerie took it and did but her very best to reach one of the more higher branches. It was merely a few inches to the branch when she heard a crack beneath her, fear struck Valerie went to grab for anything to hold a grip. Olive's hand was a willing canidate, but in that subtle moment between fear and relief, Olive locked with Valerie's vunerable, big dopey eyes.

This was nonsense to Olive, she usually felt on the more adrenaline side when she killed. Granted, her kills were usual animals and not human and remorse wasn't even in the slightest an option of emotion. This time though, her murder seemed more, personal. Olive shook her head, she could'nt be filling her head with these thoughts. She managed to turn the faucet on with her clean elbow, her shower buzzing with the droning sound of millionnof droplets going down the drain. Carefully, one foot after the other she managed to step in without touching the ceramic surface of the tub. Steam swirled amongst the walls and into Olive's nostrils, perfect for clearing her mind. It seemed to do the trick until she once again, was dangerously distracted by blood tangled in her locks. "Valerie..." a gentle whisper within one breath.

She stood their peering in her locker. Olive had to stop and take a moment to admire the girl before her, Valerie's face wasn't seen but her curled strands bounced as she searched. Olive's eues moved with Valerie's movement. Although she was unaware of her admirer, Olive still enjoyed the moment before Valerie shut the locker. Greeted with a warm smile and a simple wave "Hey Olive!"

Her voice rang Olive's head, a sweet bell of a tone. It couldn't be that Olive possibly had, feeling for Valerie?

No, I can't have someone else leave. I can't have her leave. Forget it. Olive...Olive...Olive...

"Olive!" A knock was synced with the voice, David was awake. "You okay in there?" Olive panicked but managed to steady her voice and calm her breaths. "I'm alright, just taking a shower!" There was a pause, "At 2 am?" "Yep!" David shook his head and almost smiled, brushing his anxiety to the side, off to bed again. Once she heard a bedroom door shut she took in a breath of relief.

Thank god

Olive's mind began to wander once more, Valerie bounced in her mind; alarming how one could think so fondly of someone. She almost began to fantasize, an everlasting friendship and a new thought at that.

Once wrapped in towels with only damp hair, she continued to sort out her thoughts.

I can't. This couldn't be I care about her, could it?

She's just a, friend, I barely know her. She doesn't know me.

She can't love me.

She can't care for me.

No. No. No.

I can't care about her.

Could I?

Olive's emotions were causually put to the sad, she still persisited to follow her plan, ignore Valerie. These emotions weren't real to her, they were almost nonsense. Such nonsense.
