First Day As A Couple (1/2)

"I'll pick you up tomorrow morning."
"You have a morning practice, no?"
"Don't you want to watch me practicing?"
".... Okay."

He was... amazing. That's what she thought when she saw him ran. He might not that excellent (but still great enough) in obstacle run but he has an amazing stamina and endurance that she could tell by looking.

And most of all, he had fun. That expression when he was running is... priceless. Akina felt her cheeks burning. She knew she's already fell deeply for him.

"Ah, someone is in love."

She jolted when a bottle of cold water touched her cheek.

"Tomoe-kun!"

The raven haired boy chuckled as he took a seat beside her, "Yo."

"What are you doing here? Don't you supposed to practice?"
"Heh~ Aki-chan, you're only looking at Heath, aren't you?"
"Huh? O-of course not!"
"Liar. You are."
"I said I'm not!"
"I've done taking my record, I ran before Heath ran. But even though I did, you didn't notice me. That's why."

Her rather chubby cheeks tainted in red when she heard her classmate's words. They went into first name basis because they entered the same middle school and were classmates for 4 years straight.

"I... didn't realize it. Sorry."

Seeing her all flustered, he laughed as he got up. His hand landed on her head before playfully messed her hair up then ran away.

"Geez, Tomoe-kun!!"
"That's your punishment for not paying attention to others!"

The anchor waved his hand without looking back at her, ran towards the field.

"What are you doing with Tomoe just now?"

Her eyes widened when two arms pulled her into a crushing back hug.

"You're full of sweat!!" She almost shrieked as she tried to get out from Heath's embrace.
"Let's take a bath together after this," he said as he nuzzled his nose against her nape.

Automatically, she elbowed him right in the guts, her face never had been so red like that before. Even her ears turned red!

"Ouch! Aki!"
"Y-you perv!!"

She turned to face him only to shout at him. Akina then dashed towards the school building, leaving Heath who's stunned by what he saw just seconds ago. He felt his lips quirked in a smile and his cheeks heated. Ah, he thought that he turned into a masochist at that time.

I found myself a cute and perfect girlfriend.

...

"Akiii-- eh?"
"Oh, Hasekura-kun! Aki's not here yet. Didn't you two were together this morning?"
"How did you know?"
"Aki told me yesterday. She was so exci--"
"Saori!!"

A pair of hands immediately covered Saori's mouth from saying anything.

"Here you are, Aki. I was searching for--"
"Let's go back to our seat, Saori. Don't hear this pervert's words."

Eyes widened, he chuckled as he followed his girl to her seat.

"Akiii~" Heath crouched as he rest his chin on her desk, looking at Aki like a spoiled child.
"Shut up, Mr. Pervert. Go back to your classroom," said Aki without even looking at him.
"Stop ignoring me, Akii~" he tugged her uniform's sleeve lightly.
"I said go back, perv!"
"Okay then," he said finally as he stood up, making Aki lifted her head to look at him, "But first..."

She was taken aback when he put his lips on hers the next second. Seeing Aki too surprised to react, Heath smirked as he nibbled on her lower lip, only to get smacked on head when she got the control of her body back.

"W-w-what are you doing?! This is classroom, you know?!"

Her eyes filled with embarrassment and anger as she covered her lips with the back of her hand.

"I know. But, isn't it okay? We're lovers now, aren't--"
"Idiot!"

She got up and ran from him, again. Skipping class wasn't her thing nor habit. But for the first time in her life, she chose to skip class, in order to calm herself down.

Aki decided to avoid Heath that day, at all cost. She sighed heavily as she leaned back against the wall of the rooftop. Actually, it's not like she hates his action. To be kissed by the boy she loved made her happy, like there were butterflies on her stomach. But, she couldn't help it. Before she realized it, she's already shouted angrily at him, thanks to her 'tsundere nature'.

First period had passed, but she still didn't want to go back. She felt drowsy, probably because she woke up early this morning to go to school with her boy. Plus, she needed to clear her mind and it seemed that it would take some times. Slowly, she closed her eyes and passed into a deep slumber.

Meanwhile, Heath was trying to find his girl. He searched high and low but to no avail. He almost gave up but the he remembered that he haven't searched 'that' place yet. It's off-limit for students but it's not impossible to go there.

So, he went to the rooftop and as he thought, someone had unlocked it before him. He opened it slowly and stepped in to the 'forbidden' area. Walked on the concrete floor, he found Aki in no time, since the rooftop wasn't that big. He crouched in front of her sleeping figure and he found himself smiling when he looked at her.

"A-ah, gotcha."

Heath quickly caught her head before it fell to side. He sat beside her and pull her into his embrace as he rested her head on his broad shoulder. His hand unconsciously went up to stroke her hair gently and he planted kisses on her head lovingly.

How much did Heath love Aki? Don't ask him because he also couldn't find the suitable word to express it since it's too big and it couldn't be measured.

"I just can't help to not tease you if you blushed like that, Aki. You're just... too cute."
