The Art of War

Takahashi Fuyuko and Rose were sisters. Not related by blood, but sisters all the same. After all their trust of the world was wiped out, they still trusted each other. As sister's they stand tall, but together will they fall?

"Garp! We've detained all the pirates, sir!" A marine said saluting to the Vice-Admiral.

"Really?" He said, eating donuts. "Well, get the two that are hiding in the barrel, listening to our conversation."

No, no, no, no, no! He can't find us! If Fuyuko and I get found, who knows what'll happen.

"What's this? These brats have Devil Fruit powers? Well, we'll make them a part of the Blood Pirates! Gahahuhu! Serves them right for being rude to me."

"Go away! We aren't joining your pirate crew! We agreed that we would join Law's crew! The Heart Pirates." Fu yelled, casting an illusion on the captain. She didn't realise that the crew could see he hadn't got us.

I tried to get my pictures to fight, but they weren't strong enough. They put something on us that made us tired and stopped our power.

"This is seastone. It stops Fruit powers. Good thing we found it in that Marine base we looted, gahahuhu!"

"Welcome to the Blood Pirates!"

"B- but, sir! No pirate would be hiding in a barrel! Well, not one that small, let alone two in it!" The ensign stuttered.

"I didn't say they were pirates, did I? So get the two in the barrel!" He shouted.

"Crap! Fu, wake up! The marines are here! They got rid of all the pirates, and now they're gonna get us!" I hissed, shaking my sister's shoulder.

"Say what?" Fuyuko asked sleepily.

"A Vice-Admiral! They won't care that we were kidnapped! We are on a pirate ship, we are guilty. You know that's how it works." I semi-whispered.

"If you ever use the Den-Den Mushi to call the Marines," He laughed harshly, "Then they'll take you as well."

I whimpered, tears pouring out of my eyes.

"And your sister. They'll take you and your sister and lock you up."

A sob built up in my throat. I needed to stay quiet or they'd punish me.

"They'll starve you. And hurt you. You won't even have a bed." He laughed maniacally.

"A Vice-Admiral, un? Well we won't be able to take him..." She said loudly in her sleepy state.

"Dammit, Fu! You got us caught! Now we'll be carted off to the nearest prison!" I yelled.

"They'll experiment on your Devil Fruit power. They'll make you wear huge seastone handcuffs, much bigger than the bracelets."

"Please... I won't get the Marines! I swear! Just leave Fu alone! Let her go!" I cried.

"Oh, if you want us to. We'll let her go over the side of the ship." He grinned. "The only reason I keep her is because of her Devil Fruit powers."

I let out a scream of pure agony. "No! Don't! Don't throw her overboard!"

"Gahahuhuhu! That's what I thought." The pirate captain laughed.

The top of our barrel got pulled off. I glared at the ensign. "Look, take me to prison, but not Fu! It's not her fault we're here... That was me! If I hadn't made her come with me to town that day... Then... We would still be happy in North Blue!"

"Come on, Fu!" I laughed, grabbing her hand, "It's Law's birthday tomorrow! We need to get him a present."

"Why don't we make it?" Fu asked me.

"I want it to be special! I like law!" I giggled. It had to be special for Law.

"No. It was my fault!" Fuyuko shouted. "I should have insisted that we stay... And I was the one who shouted at the Blood Pirates first. I should have just made sure that you weren't hurt after he pushed you over... I'm sorry Rose..."

The ensign looked really scared all of a sudden and I tugged on Fu's arm. We turned around and our faces went blank, then terrified.

The Vice-Admiral was behind us and blew on his fists.

"FIST OF LOVE!" He shouted, bonking us on the head at the same time.

We fell and hit the ground, huge eggs on our heads. Once Fu recovered she jumped in front of me. "Don't hurt Rose! We've been through a lot! We aren't sisters for nothing!"

Garp smiled evilly, "I think you'll fit right in with my grandsons. Ok, you're coming back to Dawn Island with me."

"No way!" Fu and I shouted.

"Come on, that's not a nice way to treat your loving grandad."

"YOU'RE NOT OUR GRANDAD!"

He hit us.

"I am now."

"This must be illegal..." I muttered.

"Some tough love you got there..." Fu mumbled.

He hit us again then picked us up by the collar.

"Set sail for Dawn Island!" He yelled once we got on his ship.

This is a collab that madcat1 and I (just-another-otaku) have been planning for our OCs, Takahashi Fuyuko and Rose.

The way this us gonna work is that I will write one chapter from Rose's pov and Cat-chan will write the next from Fuyuko's pov.

Devil Fruits:

Fuyuko has the Oto-Oto no Mi, which gives her the power to cast an illusion over someone by singing and to sing really well.

Rose has the Kaka-Kaka no Mi, which allows her to bring drawings or paintings, our even tattoos, to life and control them.

When there is pov changing in a chapter, it will be shown like this '-----'
