Practice Is Back In Paris

I woke up with my alarm buzzing.

I slapped my hand down on it and re adjust my eyes and it was 4 am which meana I have an hour to get ready.

I walked into the bathroom and jumped into the shower.

after my shower I walked to my closent to pick out practice clothes.

I put on my light green sports bra,  and spandex.  I then slipped on a dark green tshirt. and then put my hair into a high ponytail with a green sequined cheer bow. and did my usal full makeup and then grabbed my cheer bag,  and phone and headed to the kitchen.

I packed waters and a granola bar, and grabbed some for the girls and set them in there bag. Peyton walked out and asked for a 5 hour energy shot.  I grabbed one for each of us and Carly ran out and grabbed hers and we all took it at the same time. I then grabbed the car keys, and walkes out to the rented car and we drove off to practice.

I headed inside and set my bag off to the side and slipped my phone in it,  and went on the mat to strech.

after streching we went straight to workout.  which consists of,

30 Push Ups

50 Curl Ups

10 Laps around the gym

10 Jumping jacks

40 Body Builders

30 Toe Touches

5 Backflips

and a minute of monkey crawls

we repeat that twice and then we headed to stunts. I walked over to Matt, Sammy and Stacey. We were center stunt and we worked on our competition stunts and one man's.

Matt Grabbed my waist and threw me up and I back flipped and my foot missed his hand and I fell onto my back.

"Arrgg" I groaned.

"Omg Paige are you doing, I'm sorry" Matt panicked.

"Call the ambulance" Coach said to Stacey.

Stacey was about to run,  but I stopped her.

"No, im fine" I said,  and stood up.

I winced in pain then covered it up with a smile.  everyone looked at me. shocked and worryed.

"Thats not a good idea Paige!" My coach repeated to me.

"No im fine, I swear" I said and walked over to Matt.

I Signaled Matt to toss me,  and he hesitated but did as I told. I flew up and backfliped and landed on his hand and pulled a scorpion and winced slightly but covered it once again with a smile and twisted down into Matts arms. I stood up,  and the coach gave me an unsure look but told everyone to get in positions again.

We continued practice and headed home around 3 and everyone went out for lunch but I said I was tired as an excuse and they said they will come back to our flat after for a small party.

I walked inside and went to the freezer,  I grabbed an ice pack,  and some pain pills and sat on the couch.  I reached in my bag and grabbed a water,  and took one od the pills and then threw the pills and water in my cheer bag so no one would find them and then I put the ice pack behind me on my back and watched tv.

I heard the door bound unlocked and I quickly moved my back agansit the corner by the arm and set the ice pack behind me again and I made sure they wouldnt see.

"Hey Paige" Peyton greeted and sat on the couch.

"Hey Pey" I said,  and smiled.

"Everyone is on there way up"

"Okay"

5 minutes later, everyone was over and we went downstairs and on the ground floor there was a party I put the pack under a sweater that I brought with me.  and we all were in our practice clothes which consist of spandex and sports bras.  I fixed my hair and bow. and there was a dj,  and a dance floor and it was dark but the flashing strobe lights made it look like a night club. 

I sat on the couch and hide ice pack behind me again. and matt and peyton and carly headed over with some other cheer friends and we talked.  Matt sat next to me and I put my head on his shoulder which caused me to lean a bit.  Matt put his hand over me and his hand was low enough for him to feel the ice pack.

Matt grabbed it from behind me and held it up for everyone that we were talking to,  to see. 

"Paige… " Matt said slowly.

he turned me so my back was facing him and he poked my lower back lightly and I winced.

"Paige im sorry" Matt said obviously guilty. I lookes him on the eyes and then disconnected them. 

I grabbed the Ice Pack and ran up the stairs to out floor.  so over 6 flights of stairs later I ran into the room and shut my bedroom door and laid in bed. I cryed for 20 minutes and then drafted off to sleep.
