[Chapter Two]
So this was how I ended up at the gym waiting for Peyton as Harry chats to his fellow band mates. I couldn't stop myself from glancing over at the group huddled around the vending machine. My eyes meeting Louis's, I just held onto a sliver of hope that he wouldn't recognise me. But there was something else hinting in his slate green eyes. That could only be noted as familiarity, I was broken from gaze when Harry bounded over to me. In a swift movement shutting off the treadmill and pulling me towards the group, their eyes set on me.
"Paige!" A voice laughed, I turned my head to see a blonde ponytail bobbing up and down. I let out a laugh when I see Peyton running towards me.
"Hey," I say when she arrives next to me, thankful that I don't
"This is, Liam, Zayn and Niall," he says pointing to each boy-making my eyes wander to the brown haired boy, to the black and then to the brown, blonde smiling Irish boy. Then finally my eyes landed on Louis, I patiently waited for Harry to introduce me, he didn't.
Instead Louis himself stuck his hand out and said: "I'm Louis but you probably know that already," he was right, I did know that. Unlike the other boys elated expressions, his remained pigmented. I shook his hand, feeling myself sadden at his coldness towards me.
