Ask or Dare Romany!

Random RoAm moment

(A/N: Okay I decided to put random Romany drabbles with other countries, the first one being with America. In this one Romany is sad because she can't be with Germany and she's with America a close friend. He does everything to make her smile and finally finds a way to get her to smile)

America looked out the window and stared at the hunched figure of Romany as she sat on the hill that overlooked the city. She hadn’t budged from her spot ever since they had arrived and he was beginning to worry about her. He knew that she was upset, anyone would be if they couldn’t be with their loved one.

He stepped out and hoped that she couldn’t hear him as he reached her, finally sitting down next to her he hoped to see her smiling face. But she simply turned away from him and held a a look that showed grief.

Longily she looked off into the distance as if thinking about the one she loved the most, America had loved her for as long as he had known her. But she had fallen for the blue eyed German, and America had given up hope that she would fall for him. Yet their 2p!’s had brought them together for a reason, after all they may have been evil but they weren’t idiots.

She sighed a little and continued to look out at the distance, possibly imagining herself before this whole disaster had happened upon them. Hoping to cheer her up he started making the silliest faces possible but not even the smallest of smiles appeared. For a while America did everything he knew would make a person at least smile a little but her face remained with the same sad look.

With nothing else in mind gently he pulled her into a hug, for a moment she stiffened under his embrace but relaxed after a while. She looked up at him with the innocent look of a child that didn’t why it was happening to them. But as she continued to look at him, slowly she gave a small smile and snuggled into the comforting embrace.

A small blush blossomed on his cheeks but settled in the hug and sleepily looked the city below and smiled, maybe, just maybe this would be a good thing after all he would just have to wait and see.
