A heart problem

Jimmy's POV
After we dried off, Anastasia looked me in the eyes. She looked like she wanted to question why I told her to stay, but it also looked like she was too scared to.
"Jimmy? What's going on?" I motioned for to come over to me. When she got to me, I pulled her down to sit on my lap.
"Anastasia, i have to tell you something."
"What is it,Jimmy? What's wrong? Did I do something?" I saw worry in her eyes. How could she think she did anything?
"What?! No no no no no no! You didn't do anything wrong, sweetheart. Your perfect in every single way." I saw her relax a bit, but then went into a state of pure confusion.
"Then, what is it? Your not breaking up with me? Are you?"
"No. But you may want to break up with me after i tell you." She looked kind of shocked.
"I could never break up with you. I love you." I breathed a sigh of relief.
"Good. Knowing that, I'm going to tell you something. You may not like it too much. But here's goes nothing. Anastasia, I have an enlarged heart. I have to take medicine. If I stop, or start skipping it, I could die. But as long as I remember to take the pills, I'm safe."
After I told her, I saw her start to cry. I gently wiped the tears away with my thumb. I was a little confused. I just need to remember to take the pills. Why is she crying?
"Hey, hey. Shhh. Don't cry, baby. It'll be fine. I promise." I attempted a smile, in which she returned.
"Just, don't forget to take your meds." She held out her pinky finger. I gladly interlocked out pinkies.
"I swear." I smiled at her. "But why were you crying? I can remember it. I've been taking them since I was six."
"I hav-had another brother." She tried to correct herself from saying have. But I caught it.
"What do you mean 'had'?"
