Ash stared at the photo silent before reaching over picking it up, she stared down at the photo the smiling blonde haired girl holding her hand out, she felt almost breathless and light headed
I know this girl..it's...it's all coming back to me..
~some time ago~ "Let's see.." Ash thumbed through some papers looking around "no..I need to go there...then.." Ash sighed looking up and around her and the open halls leading back to an open yard where the exited yells and chatter of students could be herd "Hey are you lost?" A friendly looking sandy blonde haired girl walked up as Ash jumped a little "well er yeah" she kinda laughed and the girl chuckled "I think I know my way around" she laughed some rubbing the back of her head "My names alice what's yours?" Alice held her hand out "Ash" she smiled and shook her hand "it's nice to meet you ash, now let's see what we can do about finding our way around" the two of them chuckled and began walking something popped into Ash's mind as the two walked "Her eyes..they are so strange yet..somewhat pretty.." Ash snuck a glance as the two is them walked down the galls Her right eye a soft dove grey color her left eye a harsher gun metal grey color "You are wondering why my eyes look different aren't you?" Alice asked suddenly catching ash of guard "ah we-well m-me ah n-no I, should, and.." She cleared her throat looking away feeling a flush of red and a wave of guilt washed over her "I-I don't mean to be rude..they are kind of pretty.." She smiled some before clearing her throat "I-I don't mean in a creepy way, I've just never seen something like it before," there was a moment of silence and Alice started laughing some "Ahaha ah..it's alright" she chuckled some "I was born with a medical condition which caused my eyes to be two different colors, added to that I had no developed pigments in my eye, causing them to be this greyish colors" her smile fades for a few moments before shaking her head "but it alright, I'm glad you aren't like the others, more people seem to insult me for it.." She chuckled some as ash looked over worried "that's horrible!" Ash exclaimed "haven't you told anyone or tried to stop them?" Alice shook her head as ash spoke before sighing "I'm pretty much used to it, I'm hoping to invest in colored contacts..perhaps it will help with some of the issues.." Alice quickly trailed off looking down before lifting her head "But in the mean time I'll make my own eyes work" she chuckled some as ash somewhat smiled before the two of them stopped by a door "Here's my stop" Alice smiled some "I'll see you around?" She asked as ash looked up and nodded "yeah. I promise I'll meet you after school"
