Iruka x Reader (9)

~I'm late for everything, but I got Driver's Ed out of the way so now I got time for this before school starts.~

You wake up and get ready to meet Hideki. You woke up at 6:00 so you had to scramble to get ready to meet him in 30 minutes. You run to the kitchen since you now only have 20 minutes to get there. You look around for something quick to eat and, to no surprise, see nothing. "Shit." you say as you grab your wallet, lock your front door, and run to the nearest dumpling shop. When you get in a woman with brown hair greets you at the counter. "Welcome to-" "Can I have some Gyoza to go." You interrupt as you take out the proper amount of money for your breakfast. "you look up and blush out of embarrassment. "I'm sorry. I'm just kinda in a rush. I have to met a friend in 10 minutes and I'm running late." you explain as the woman smiles kindly, "Its all right sweetie, we all have those days." You give her the money and take a seat at a nearby table as you wait for your food.

"_y/n_?"

You turn around and see him. 'Fumio.' you think as you slump your shoulders. He gets up from his table and takes his plate to yours sitting across from you. "what are you doing here so early?" you ask as he grabs his chopsticks and starts eating again. "I woke up early to go for a quick jog before we train, I always do." he says as the lady from before call your order. You start to get up only for Fumio to jump up and get it for you. 

"Thank you Akiyama-san." he says as he grabs your bag. "Why are you here so early?" he asks putting an emphasis on the word 'you'. "There was nothing in my house so I came here. You know her?" you ask motioning to the woman who took your order. "Yeah." he says, "That's Hideki's mom." You look at her again as you open your bag and take out your food. She was quietly cleaning the counter and smiling at everyone who came in and left. "Is Hideki as quiet as his mom?" you ask. "Why? do you like him?" he asks smiling. "No." you say bluntly. 

It got quiet after than since 1: he wasn't expecting you to be so calm about the question and 2: you were both eating. That is, until you look at the clock posted above the door. You shoot out of your chair, "Oh my God I'm late!" you yell as you throw away  your bag and take off running, leaving Fumio alone. You run as fast as you can and get there sooner than you thought you would but it didn't help.

"You're late." Hideki says bluntly. "I'm sorry." you say as you stop in front of him. "We'll talk over breakfast." he says as he leads you into a ramen shop. You just stand there blankly staring at his back. 'I rushed out of my house to get food only for him to take me to a ramen shop anyway...' you think as a drop of sweat runs down the side of your head. You follow him in, sit down and order a bowl of (favorite ramen) and he orders (your least favorite food). "That's disgusting." you whisper as he turns to you putting his sketchpad on the table.

"So, are we going to solve this on our own or will we seek the Hokage's help?" he asks as you slowly creep your hand closer to his sketch pad and an unnoticeable speed. "Well, I wasn't sure. I was thinking we could try on our own but if we see potential danger then we should talk to Tsunade." you say as he looks you in the eyes, thinking. "Wow." you smile, "You have your Mother's eyes." you tease as he looks at you shocked. "How do you know my mom?" he asks somewhat scared. "you look at him worried. "I saw her at the dumpling shop a few minutes back." you say quietly. "why?" you ask. "Did she say anything about me to you?" he asks even more frantic than before. "no. why? what's wrong?" you ask beginning to panic. 

"No reason" he says smiling playfully as he leans back on his chair. "You're so paranoid." he laughs as you slowly begin to realize he was messing with you. Your ramen is brought to your table as you are now only and inch away from his sketchbook. You wanted to see the drawing again as you had seen some anbu members on the way to the dumpling shop. He began to eat slowly looking at you. You hadn't realized since you were looking at his sketchbook. 

"Don't go through that." he says trying to snatch the book out of your reach but you grabbed it just as quickly. "I want to see it again!" you yell pulling on it. "No! Give it back!" he yells pulling towards him. Then suddenly-

~RRRRRRRIIIIIIIIIIIIIIPP~ (pulling apart a sketchbook actually makes this sound. Trust me I did it to one of my favorite books by accident XD)

You both look down at the scattered drawings with wide eyes. His of fear, yours of amazement. You pick up a drawing of a naked woman with a crown of leaves. "Who's this?" you ask him skeptical and amazed all at once. He was frantically grabbing all his drawings before anyone saw. "Aphrodite. You uncultured swine." He whispered the second part but you still heard him. "Well excuse me Socrates." you say sarcastically as you give him his drawing back.

You two eat in silence. He pays for both of your meals and you head out of the ramen shop. "Here. I made you a copy." he says as he hands you a sketch of the anbu he saw. "Thanks." you say as you look at it again, 'Nope. None of them where him.' you think when you hear Fumio right next to your left ear. 

"Hey! I know him!"

~You can't escape him now _y/n_! HAHAHA! Anyway, here's a filler for y'all. Anyway, I'm thinking a plot twist at the end like Hideki's drawings come to life and that's who it was and he ends up taking over the world with nothing but drawn out Greek Gods and terrifying monsters made from his amazing imagination. And the only thing that can stop him id his own creations but you need to somehow convert them against him and you give out one of those Naruto speeches and shit. :D But, I digress. I must consult with my posse of writer friends first. Probably wont be the case, but think of the awesomeness. XD Okay, I'm rambling now. Okay bye. Hugs ~Kaity~
