Raybecca POV

"Your leaving? Why Ray?" My best friend Audrey asks.

"My Dad, he's being sent to the Isle and I don't have any other family here in Auradon, I'm going with him." I say sadly.

"You can stay with us." Chad, who I call Teddy Bear offers.

"I can't I'm leaving in an hour." I say crying.

"Can Ben do anything about it?" Audrey asks.

"No, he tried multiple times. His Dad wouldn't budge." I say.

Chad pulls me into a hug. "Don't leave us." Chad says, I've never seen him cry, but he is now. Audrey joins our hug. Ben walks over and hugs us.

" I'll miss you guys." I say into Chad's shoulder.

"We'll miss you to Ray." Audrey says through her cries.

"You ready Raybecca?" Fairy Godmother asks.

"No." I say it's muffled by our hug. Ben let go, then Audrey and a minute after they let go, Chad let go.

"We'll see one another again." I say. Audrey takes off her favorite pearl braclet.

"Friendship forever." Audrey says.

"Forever." I say and hug her.

Ben hands me his beaded braclet. It's based off his favorite books series, Percy Jackson. "For you to remember me by." He says.

"Thank you Benny." I say.

Chad hands me a box. "It's supposed to be your birthday present. But nows a good time since it'll be a while until we see one another again. Open it in the car." He says.

"Thank you, Teddy Bear." I say and hug him.

"Anytime, Becca." He says and hugs me. Becca is his nickname for me. No one else can call me that but him.

"Time to go Raybecca." Fairy Godmother says.

I take a breath and walk away from my best friends, my protectors, my knights and princess, my family.

I enter the limo and it drives away. I wave to them tears falling down my face. I open the box still in my hand.
It's a beautiful locket. I open the locket and inside are pictures, one of Chad and I, and then one of the four of us, Ben on the far left, Audrey next to him, then me, and Chad on the far right. We are on the beach. That's when I break down sobbing.

I put the locket on and softly sing a song my mom used to sing to me.

Chorus:

Just close your eyes. The sun is going down. You'll be alright. No one can hurt you now. Come morning light. You and I'll be safe and sound.

It's a half hour long ride to the Isle. So, I sleep.
