Chapter One: The Symbol

~Chapter One~

Wanderng around the forest was a girl named Angie. "I'll show them that i'm not a scaredy-cat..." she mumble angrily to herself, upset over the fact that some 'peers' had made fun of her 'getting scared easily'.

"All I need to is explore the forest and try to not get scared and come back safe and sound. And once I come back, I can get Mt drawing note book back..." she then mumbles again, agreeing with the little plan she just thought about.

"Hey scaredy-cat!" called out a group of boys and girls, which was at least ten or less. Angie looked up from her drawing note book noticing the group of 'peers' coming to her. She sighs as she recalled what they just called her, "What do you want Michael?" Angie spoke with bluntness in her voice, "Also can you stop calling me a scardey-cat? It's kinda getting annoying in my opinion."

The dirty brown haired boy, Micheal smirks at Angie, "Nah, if I did stop then where's the fun in that?" he crossed his arms.

Angie shakes her head and then went back into drawing, trying to ignore the boy in which she was doing okay with. When drawing, she didn't notice Micheal snaking his hand to the note book and snatching it away from her.

"Hey! Give that back!" Angie eyes widen standing up jumping up and down truing to get her note book back but due to Micheal height and her being short it was a challenge.

"Nah ah ah, to until you prove you are not a scardey-cat~" he teases as he waves the note book up in the air, "But going into that forest over there."

Pointing at a forest that was close to the school, Angie shivers in the inside not liking the idea. "What! Are you crazy or what! Geez, you really are a baka if you want me to go inside there." Angie protested.

"Alright then, you're not getting your drawing thing back." Micheal then shrugs opening the book in the progress, "I wonder what you have in store?"

Angie frowns angrily now, she haves to deal with this all day. "Fine! I'll go into that stupid forest!" she finally snaps making Micheal smirk once again.

"Stupid people, there such baka's" Angie kept ranting to herself not noticing where she is going.

.......Just walking......

.......And walking......

Until Angie stops dead in her tracks, she looks around and her eyes lock on an oak tree that has a strange symbol on it. "Huh?" Angie whispers to herself, curious about the oak tree that seems to be full of life. She walks a little closer to the tree, and as she walks closer it starts to glow brightly.

"Aura feeling stronger..."

She hears a low whisper. "W-what!?" she stutters, and frantically looks around.

Finally regretting everything in her life, but it was worth it though.

"W-who's there!?" she then questioned out loud, somehow finding herself walking towards the tree, drawn to it for some unknown reason.

She examines the tree a bit closer, "Why does it get brighter when I get close to it?" she wondered, curiosity filled her mind in a flash.

Even though she felt the fear behind her, she knew something about this tree, but she just can't remember it.

Like this tree haves a special connection between her.

Suddenly she feels herself being dragged to the tree. "HEY STOP THIS!" screamed Angie, afraid, she puts one of her hands down trying to push herself away from the tree, in the process she touches the tree.

Wrong move.

Suddenly Angie is consumed with a powerful, bright, light. In a blinding flash Angie starts to see that all the white turns into a sky blue, she falls....

It was at that moment everything turned black....

"Ughh, why are we here again Dimo?" groaned a two legged tan looking creature, dressed in a black tank top, blue shorts with two belts crossed, and also an orange scarf to finish the outfit.

Dimo -a small white angel creature- sighed as he flapped his wings, hovering over the other creature.

"Sun, you know a small walk in the forest isn't going to kill you..." pointed out Dimo, crossing his arms.

Sun groaned again. "But we should be finding someone for a team, not walking around the forest!!" she protested, waving her bandage-wrapped arm up in the air.

Dimo shakes his head, disappointed in his companion.

"We need to take a break for a while!!" he said, voicing his opinion.

There were some silent moments as Sun considered Dimo's words, and finally agreed, mumbling a small "Fine".

Dimo sighed again as they continue walking, until they suddenly saw a creature -very different form both of them- laying on the ground a few feet in front of them.

"Hey Dimo we should check that out!" exclaimed Sun as she started running towards the unconscious girl.

"What type of Akino is she?" asked Sun as soon as she had a closer look at the creature -clearly a female- she had brunette hair was wearing a dark brown hoodie, light blue shorts and yellow high tops.

"I don't know Sun, I've never seen an Akino like that, but we should take her to CrystalLine and see if she's alright." responded Dimo, looking at Sun to see if she approved of his suggestion.

The yellow-and-white haired Akino, -previously poking the girl's check in curiosity- looking up at Dimo, nodding in agreement.

Sun picked up the unconscious girl and quickly made her way to the town, CrystalLine with Dimo following behind.

"Do you think she is going to be fine?" Dimo asks flapping his wings taking in the speed that Sun is running since she run really fast. "I just hope that she is..." Sun agrees picking up her speed.

Suddenly they entered a town, many Akinos starts to whispers as they see Sun and Dimo entering the town.

"Hey isn't that Sun and Dimo?"

"Why are they carrying that weird looking Akino?"

"Maybe they have a person for the team they are trying to create?"

Dimo then notice whispering, he kinda felt disturbed by them thinking they talking behind there backs.

"Sun their whispering...." Dimo whispers not liking the whispers going around, Sun didn't reply knowing to ignore the whispers.

"Just ignore them...." in a few minutes she finally replies, "I think that we should care more about the girl right now..."
