My brother was at his friends again. I had to walk around and check up on him. I left rose at home. I can go alone for now. When I was at the alley I heard screaming again... I looked my brother pushed down a kid. Oh no. Then I saw him... The father... He slapped my brother and dragged him into his house the kids grabbed metal bats and followed.
I ran home as fast as I could. I ran inside, out of breath I looked at Rose. She was proudly eating her waffle.
My mom saw my face.
"They have him!"
