Tris's POV
Me, Tobias, and our kids were on our way to the ceremony. We all ran an jumped onto the train. "Man, I'm going to miss this." I heard Blake mutter to himself. I walked over to my children and have each of them a hug.
"Now remember," I began, "no matter what I will always love you. I know they say faction before blood, but I know that it's blood before faction." I saw a tear fall from Preston's eye.
"I love you mom. I never want to do anything to hurt you, but I'm leavening you." Then, the tears began to flow.
"It's ok. It doesn't matter to me what faction you choose. I will always love you." I told Preston. Then, it was time to jump. All of the dauntless jumped off of the train and ran into the building. We finally made it up the 13 or 14 flights of stairs and barged into the choosing room. Then the leader of the Erudite began to speak. I just blocked him out. Then the choosing began.
The first boy, Evan Abe, was from Erudite. He transferred to Dauntless. Looks like me and Tobias would be training him. Then the next was a girl named Rebecca. She staid in Amity. The choosing ceremony kept going for what seemed like forever. Then I heard my baby's name.
"Blake Eaton." Blake chose to transfer to Amity. I was proud of him, even though he did leave me. Some of the Dauntless where booing, but one icy glair from me, and they shut right up. Then it was Preston's turn. She chose Abnigation. I was also proud of her.
Then I heard another name.
"Tessa Eaton." Tessa chose to leave Dauntless and become Erudite . That was probably because Blain was choosing Erudite. Then finally came my oldest baby.
"Triston Eaton." Triston dripped her blood upon the Dauntless coals. I was very proud of her. She decided to stay with me an her father.
After a few hours the choosing ceremony was over. Me and Tobias got back to the dauntless compound as fast as we could so we could watch the initiates drop into the net. I could tell that this was going to be a good year.
