"You saw a carousel?" Malia questioned.

"And a big sign that said Canaan and people disappearing in clouds of smoke," Lydia listed of the things she saw in her dream.

"Do you ever have nice dreams?" Malia asked, not looking away from her computer screen.

"We need to go to Canaan," Lydia stated.

"It will be helpful if we knew anything about this place. I keep calling the number for City Hall, and no one answers. The only map I can find it on is 30 years old." Malia unfolded the map and showed us. "So far the only thing I know about Canaan is where it is."

I let out an annoyed sigh and stood up from the table in the library. I scooped the map in my hands and folded it back up. "That's all we need to know."

"I can't go with you guys," I told Scott over the phone.

"What do you mean you can't come with us?" He asked.

"To Canaan, I can't." I looked at Melissa over my shoulder who was tending to Argent.

"What's wrong?"

"Your mom said that the supernatural toxin from the Ghost Rider's whip is spreading through Argent's body and there's nothing a doctor can do," I explained to him. "I have to help him."

"It's okay, we understand," I could hear the truth in Scott's voice. "We'll keep you updated."

"And I'll do the same to you. Please be safe," I told him.

"Don't worry about us, we'll be fine."

"It's just... I already lost Stiles. I can't lose any of you guys too," I bit my nails nervously.

"I know," Scott said sincerely. "The same to you. We're leaving now, I'll text you when we get there."

"Okay, bye." Scott said goodbye and hung up the phone.

I put my phone up and walked back to Argent's room, where Melissa had seated him in a wheelchair. I nodded, my way of telling her I was ready to go.

I followed her out of the room and to the elevators. I glanced over my shoulder and looked at the nurse at the front desk that was eyeing us.

"Uh, tell Dr. Geyer they wanted to do a few more tests before surgery," Melissa said to her. "If he even asks. He probably won't. But if he does ask, tell him that."

"And what are you doing, young lady?" The nurse called out to me once we stopped at the elevators, waiting to for the doors to open.

"He's my uncle, I wanted to be with him," I sent her a smile and placed a hand on Argent's shoulder. Before she could say anything else the elevator doors opened and we all got in.

He was getting worse, and what Melissa was doing, wasn't helping much.

"Please, let me help," I told Argent. He shook his head. He didn't want to use my blood unless it came to that. And it was sure getting close to that.

"I think we all know that this medication isn't going to work, either," Melissa put down a syringe and stood beside him. "But Brianna can help."

"She's supernatural," he whispered out of breath. "The components in her blood could mix in with the toxins and it could get worse."

"What could be worse now besides death? What do you have to lose?" I asked. I looked at Melissa and held my arm out. "Do it. He can thank me later."
