For the love of life

Chapter 3

The next day after Izzy and I had breakfast (which was more like brunch because we both slept in), I decided to get both izzy and my minds off all the drama that has been happening by going on a road trip out to the cabin that my grandparents owned before they both died.

The cabin was on a lake called "Fresh Water", I went there every summer since I was born it was my favourite place in the whole world. When I was little my grandpa would pull me behind the old motor boat on the donut tube, or my whole family would go swim in the little bay area across from our cabin.

Izzy and I packed some of my clothes for me and some for her because she didn't have any with her.

Then we left for the lake. The drive was about 2 hours but the scenery was beautiful at any time of the year even winter when the fields were covered in a fresh blanket of snow and the sun shone on the silver lake.

We finally got to the cabin at 5 pm all we wanted was a much needed bathroom break and food, lots and lots of food.

While Izzy was in the bathroom, I prepared my favourite camping meal, doughboys, add some butter and cinnamon and sugar and they are like heaven on a stick over a fire. When Izzy got out I went to the fire pit to start the fire for the doughboys.

After I finished cooking the doughboys and explaining what they were made of to Izzy we each ate 4 doughboys. after we were done eating Izzy went for another bathroom break and I set up the tv for a pretty little liars marathon.

I was waiting for about 5 minutes by the door of the washroom for Izzy to get out of the washroom because I had to pee extremely bad when I heard the sound of someone vomiting. I knew what Izzy was doing immediately.

I started pounding on the bathroom door and saying I had to pee, it wasn't a lie but I also wanted her to stop puking her guts out because she wants to be skinny or whatever.

When Izzy finally got out of the bathroom and I got to go pee finally. We started the marathon.
