After I introduced Izzy to Sammy and Caleb, Sammy went back to the tv to watch Loony Toons and eat the rest of his peanut butter and strawberry jam sandwich, and Caleb led Izzy and I to the kitchen.
Caleb and I talked for a long time about old memory's and just life in general. He started working as a drama and art teacher for the high school in a town that was like twenty-five minutes away from the lake and he put Sammy into guitar lessons at the school with the music teacher.
I had totally forgot about Izzy until I heard the tune of Smoke On The Water, giggles and high pitched squeals coming from the living room.
I slowly peeked into the living room and saw Izzy sitting on the floor in front of Sammy smiling like crazy and clapping. she seemed so at home and happy. Sammy was so welcoming to Izzy, and Izzy seemed to love Sammy like a little brother or nephew.
From the two and a half days I had know Izzy I learned she put others way before herself. Izzy loved to make people feel good and she loved taking care of others. she never wanted to be a burden for other people, so when Caleb asked Izzy if she wanted to stay with them for a while intel she got her life in order again she immediately said no even though she wanted to say yes. Caleb wanted Izzy to have a better life and get better though so he told her that she will be staying with him and Sammy.
