Anger-

You were right.
You always are.
He shouldn't have said That.
She shouldn't have done That.
They shouldn't have, but they did.
They still do.

I can't do anything about it,
But you make me want to.
You make me want
To scream back;
To hit back;
To fight back.

But when I do,
If I do,
I don't win.
I never win.
And you go away.
You got tired,
Tired of how I always lose,
How my retaliations always fall flat.
(And honestly,  Anger?
I don't blame you.
I'm tired, too.)

But you go,
Leaving Them with the power.
For Him to say That,
For Her to do That,
And I know they shouldn't,
But they did.
They still do.
