" Do those kids always ask you questions?" I ask Finn as I open the door. " Yeah, but they're over me. It's your turn now." He says laughing. He lounges on the bed with the Capitol News on. I flop on the bed right next to him. " I'm happy for Annie and Finnick." He smiles and puts his arm under my neck. " Me too. She's so d**n happy."He say, but then it's quiet for a while. " You know.... I was thinking, maybe we.. could try again sometime? It doesn't have to be now, or even this year, just....." He stops mid sentance and looks at me. " No. I'm sorry." I sit up and he does to. " It's okay." He looks around and grabs my hand. " I just don't want that to happen again." Without notice from my head, I start to cry. Finn rubs my back until I calm down. " It was my fault, and it just broke my heart into a billion pieces." He looks at me like I'm crazy. " Your fault? Don't say that again, it was not!" Tabithia walks in, making us both turn. " Are you okay? You didn't come get me." She says. I wince. " D**n it. Sorry Tabithia, I'm not used to this yet." She smiles. " It's alright." She disappears into the bathroom and takes a shower. It's about 4:30, time for the stupid party. Finn got Tabithia to stay with the trainer. I don't know her name, but Tigris and Giovan are already at the party. Or so I though. They burst in the door just as we realize we don't have nice clothes. " Here." Tigris hands me a dress. " And here." Giovan hands Finn a suit. They're already dressed up, and leave quickly. Tabithia sets off to the gym. My dress is blue and hangs down to the floor. Finn has a white suit and blue tie.

Johanna shows up while we're on our way. She's in a red dress, that falls in layers around her knees. Something I remember seeing on Tv years before. " Nice." She says, pointing to us. " Thanks. Who else will be there?" I ask her. She looks like she's thinking. " Annie, Finnick, Tigris, Giovan, some prep teams, Haymitch, that's pretty much it." I shrug and we keep walking. We meet Finnick and Annie at the door, both of them wearing a darker shade of yellow. Haymitch wears green. Simple enough? Not. Celius wants all of us to make speeches, and I go first.
