Prologue

                  Being In Love 
                    With You.

It's that kind of night, the night that everyone has. You're just laying on your bed. Trying to fall asleep, but find yourself staring at the ceiling. Everything is silent as you hear yourself breathe in air, or the traffic that's going on in the street.

  That kind of night where you just remind yourself, shit, I got work in the morning and I can't sleep.

   There's reasons why you don't get up and watch T.V or something you usually do. For example, you're comfy in your bed, or your cute cat is sleeping soundly and is snuggled close to you. Yup, my cute little Ankara is fast sleep dreaming of, well what ever cats dream of.

  I turn to look at my clock on my nightstand and see it's only 1 in the morning. I sighed as I have to get out and do something. See I'm a person that if you can't sleep, well forget sleep and let's do something crazy or fun.

I get out of bed, sadly waking up my kitty. I turn on a light and get dressed in some black skinny jeans, shimmer mesh top, and my ankle heel boots. To top it off with my leather jacket.

"Don't wait up Venus." I said kissing her head as she purred and leaned in on my hand rubbing her head.

I looked in the mirror. I looked decent enough, had to go wild on the make up since it is night time and all. Just to make my eyes pop.

I walked out with my clutch in hand that has my money, phone, and keys in.

"Out for a midnight stroll, again Ms. Smith." Benjamin the door man of the building said opening the door for me.

I smiled at him nicely,"Yes Benny, I won't be long." I said thanking him.

Once I stepped outside, do you just have the feeling of relief? Relief that you're free from everything holding you back. The cold air feels so good to me that I close my eyes for a second and breathe in the air.

I open my eyes and sighed as I walked down the sidewalk and where my feet take me on there own.

As I walked around the city ,I walked into a club. The neon lights flashing as I make my way through to the bar. I take off my leather jacket.

I ordered a drink and waited, and as I waited I looked around my surroundings. I wish I didn't.

   The girls that can never stop being the mean girls in high school continue to be mean girls in college. Worst of all. The main barbie is with my ex.

"Oh look baby, it's a clown. I'm glad it's doing it's job because I'm laughing at just what it looks like." Her giggles are just making me want to punch her plastic face.

"Oh talking about yourself again I see, Tiffany." I said giving her a fake smile," If anything you make me worry about you, by just comparing you with Pennywise, but then again I can't tell the difference, hm oh well."

She glared about me, for some of you, if you haven't read Stephan Kings Book 'It', then you wouldn't have gotten what just happened.

"Hey." Rafael greets with a sad smile.

I look at him with no emotion ,then turn back getting my drink.

"Excuse me plastic bitches make way." I said walked passed them and to the seating area.

Make my night worse will ya?

I sit in one of love seats, just looking around and drinking my beverage. It's really sweet and good. I love it.

As I looked around I saw Rafael staring at me across from me in a booth where Tiffany was sitting on his lap.

I'm going to have fun. I got up leaving my jacket on the seat and walked onto the dance floor.

I started to sway which turned into dancing. I close my eyes and dance to the music the DJ is playing.

I accidentally bump into someone almost falling but strong arms catch me. I open my eyes and see a guy catch me.

I smirked and started to dance again. Well, we started to dance together. Now, groping. I looked at Rafael's way and saw he was clutching his jaw and was clearly jealous.

Have fun with that plastic ass you cheating asshole.

Satisfied now I pushed the guy off of me and went to get my jacket. I walked out the club and looked both ways of the sidewalk, there's a short line on one side and the other is empty. Leading to another journey ahead of me.

I put on my leather jacket and started to walk the empty way. I saw my breath through the cold air.

As I walked down the sidewalk I hear running behind me. I looked back and before I saw anyone I fell to the ground.

"What the hell?" I mutter as I opened my eyes.

I gasped as I saw the most interesting grey eyes.

He smirked,"Sorry princess, as beautiful you are I can't hang around." His oh so good voice says.

There's someone shouting from the distance as he looks back, he stares at me then to my lips, he then crashes his lips on mine as I feel myself kissing him back. He soon gets up and started to take off.

    I watched as he vanishes across the street sliding on the cars hood that was about to run him over.

I was still on the floor shocked as what happened.

Wow

I got up as the man that was shouting came up to me catching his breath. I was fixing my jacket as he came to me.

"Miss did you see a man run by here not to long ago?" A security guard says.

Oh he's so going to loose his job.

"No, not at all, what happened?"

He catches his breath,"He stole a valuable necklace from my boss, oh she's so going to kill me." He mutters the last part.

"Sorry I couldn't be of much help." I said as he started to walk back.

As soon as he's not in sight, I stuffed my hands in my pockets and feel something in it. I widened my eyes as I pulled it out. It's the necklace he was looking for.

"Oh no, oh god." I said panicking.

I take a deep breath as I just decided to go home. I look for my clutch. But it's no where to be found!

He stole my bag too! Ugh! Everything I had is in there, my phone and keys!

I let out a frustrated sigh and started to walk home. What an "amazing" night.
