When I woke up, everyone was still asleep. I went to see if Huey was okay. When I got to the room he was already up. "Hey" I said shyly, rubbing the back of my neck. "Hey" He said. Was this not weird for him? "So um.. This probably looks weird and--", "Nope. Whatever it is I probably don't care about. See ya later" He said, cutting me off.

I watched him walk down the stairs. "By Huey-kin" I called. He gave me a stern look before leaving the house. "Secret boyfriend gone?" Queen asked. I thought she was sleep. "Not my boyfriend. And it wouldn't be a secret if you knew about him" I said. "Did you sneak him out before mom found out?" She sarcastically asked. "Mom already knows" I argued. She rolled your eyes. "Can't there ever be drama in my life?" She asked. I sighed. What kind of sister is she?

"I'm leaving" I said. "I'm coming" Queen said running out the door. "Why?" I asked. "Cause if something happens, you need me" She said. "Wow, thanks for caring" I said blankly. "Where are we going?" Queen questioned. "Idk" I said. "Well why are you walking so slow" Queen yelled. Why is she so loud? "Hi Y/n, Queen" Jazmine called. "Hi Jazmine" I said. Queen just murmured something under her breath. "Do you want to--", "Yes, I'll hang out with you. I got nothing better to do" I said, answering the question I knew she would ask. She smiled. "Perfect. I'll meet you at the mall at 8" She said. "Mall?" I whispered.

"I'm not going with you" Queen said. "Please, I'm not good with people alone" I said. I was trying to confuse Queen to come to the mall with me and Jazmine. "You were fine with Huey yesterday" She argued. "But I know him" I sighed. "Fine. I'll go. But if she annoys me I'm probably going to hurt her" Queen gave in. "Fine by me".

Huey's POV

"HUEY!!" Granddad screamed. "What?" I asked. "Don't what me!" Granddad said. I sighed. "Where were you last night?" He asked. "He was at Y/n's" Riley said from the kitchen. "That's why you didn't come home?" Granddad asked. I nodded. "It wasn't on purpose" I stated. "Liar" Riley said. "Shut up!" I yelled. "Huey got a crush" Riley sung. I ran over to him and started pulling him by his braids. "Yo, get off man!" Riley yelled. "No fighting!" Granddad said. "We fight in here all the time" Riley said. "And we get in trouble all the time" I said to him, letting him go.

Riley's POV

She looked at me, then pointed to a gold chain. "I'm not buying you nothing" I told her. She sucked her teeth before walking off. As I looked around I noticed Y/n, Jazmine, and Queen walking around. "Y/n!" I called, grabbing her attention. She waved and was about to walk over, but Queen pulled her into a jewelry store. "Riley!" Cindy called. What do she want. "What?" I huffed. "I want that gold watch" She said. "Okay... better get a job" I said. She rolled her eyes, pulling me out the store.
