Wendy's P.O.V

I walked into school with Chelia. I couldn't get the thought of what happened with me and Romeo yesterday out of my head.

"Hey Wendy. Are you feeling ok?" My pink haired best friend asked me.

"Y-Yeah! I'm completely fine Chelia! Why would you ask that? I'm perfectly fine!" I say quickly.

"Well you just spoke really fast and your hood is down for once and your face is heating up." Chelia says lifting an eyebrow. "Did something happen yesterday after I left?"

"Nope! Everything was fine!" I said.

"Hey girls!" My blonde haired friend said walking up to us... And he was with a dark purpled hair boy. 'Oh no...' I thought.

"Hey Eve. Hey Romeo." Chelia says and smiles.

"Hey." They both said.

"Oh yeah Wendy about yest-" Before he could continue his sentence I kicked him a few yards away. Both Eve and Chelia were surprised and shocked.

"Umm Wendy what was that about?" Eve asked.

"Nothing!" I said and walked off.

"Wait Wendy!" Chelia says and runs after me. I ran into the bathroom and washed my red face with water.

Chelia followed. "What the hell was that?" She asked.

"I don't know what you're talking about." I say, my face was still red.

Chelia then smirked. "Oh I see. Wendy you're such a tsundere." She says.

"I'm not." I say reassuringly. "I just don't trust Romero."

She laughed. "Whatever you say~"

Romeo's P.O.V

"What the hell?" I mutter.

"Romeo are you alright?" Eve asked, I nod.

"Yeah I just didn't expect her 'you're welcome' to be a kick." I said, rubbing my head and standing up.

"A "'you're welcome?"' Why would she say that?" Eve asked.

"Because she dealt with me yesterday. So I wanted to thank her." I said.

"Oh alright. Well maybe you can do it later." Eve says, I nod.

"Yeah... Maybe..." I mutter.

I walked out of school and saw Wendy walking to a car.

I walked up to her. "Hey Wendy I just want to say-"

"Baka!" She shouted and kicked me again. This time I crashed into Eve, who was standing a few feet away.

"So she'd forgive you?" He asked smugly. I glared at him.

"Shut up. Let's just go." I said and start walking. He laughed and walked beside me.

Wendy's P.O.V

"So Wendy was that your boyfriend?" My mother asked as soon as I got settled in the car.

I blushed. "He's not! He's... No one important..." I said.

"Really? Then why are you blushing?" She asked.

"I'm not blushing. It's just hot in the car!" I said.

My mom sighed. "I guess I'll leave you be since you won't answer me." She says.

I nodded and looked out the window. 'I couldn't be crushing on the idiot could I?' I thought.

-Another Time Skip-

When I was eating dinner I heard my mom talking to someone. "Hey Layla." She said in a hushed tone, but I have great hearing so her whispers from a few yards away can't stop me from hearing her side of the conversation.

Mother was saying things like... "How have you been? How's Lucy doing with her phobia?" 'This Layla character... Her daughter has a phobia...?'

When mom got off the phone she walked over to me. "Hey Wendy, we're going over to my friends house tomorrow for dinner, just a heads up."

'Oh just great...' I thought.
