Levy's P.O.V

"Why are you following me?" Gajeel asked, since I was following behind him.

"Because I want to find your reason to live. And the best place to start is your home!" I say.

"Whatever..." He muttered.

Once we got there he opened the door for me.

"Thanks." I said. The house was small and a mess... It made cringe...

"How can you live like this?!" I asked.

"What do you mean?" He asks.

"This place is a mess!" I exclaim.

"It just a bit of clothes and food, nothing bad." He says. "I'll clean it later."

"No! We are cleaning it now!" I said.

"'We?'" He asked.

"Yes! You and I are cleaning this up now!" I said.

"Fine. Fine. I'll clean the the living room and kitchen, you can clean my room." He says.

"Your room?" I asked. He nods. I blushed lightly.

'This will be my first time in a guy's room besides the ones related to me! Wait no Levy! Don't think like that! I'm just cleaning!' I thought.

"Well if you don't want to clean it I-"

"N-No! It's fine! Just which one is your room?" I asked.

"Walked down the hall, first one to your left." He says and I nod and started heading down there.

When I opened the door there were clothes and food wrappers everywhere. "Your room is a mess..." I whispered. "Well no time to waste!" I said and started cleaning.

After taking a while to clean, and finding Gajeel's cat, Pantherlily, under one of his shirts I managed to finish.

Gajeel somehow made the living room and the kitchen worse. So I had to help him. Then we both finished.

We are now sitting on the couch, Lily is in my lap and I'm petting him.

"So shrimp... Why do want to help me find a reason to live?" He asked.

"Because... You seem like a good person. You are kind, a bit childish but over all, you are one of the greatest people I have ever met..." I said.

"Ok. Where are your speech cards?" He asked.

"Speech cards?!" I said. "I was be sentimental and you thought I planned this?!"

He then laughed. "You're funny when you're worked up shrimp."

"Shut up! Baka!" I yell. He continued to laugh. Then he stopped.

Gajeel's P.O.V

I heard my dad pull up in the driveway and stopped laughing, I quickly dragged Levy and Lily in my room.

"G-Gajeel?!" She says surprised, blushing.

"Shh. Stay quiet. My dad's home." I said. She looked confused, then the front door slammed open.

I quickly hid us in my closet.

I heard two voices. One was my dad, and one was a whore my dad brought home from the strip club.

They walked by my room and into my dads room... Then we heard moans and other sexual noises... This got me embarrassed... And Levy was bright red.

They left a half hour later and we both got out of the closet.

"Your father is... Interesting..." Levy say.

"I'm sorry... I forgot to tell you he's one of those 'men.'" I said.

"Gajeel... You shouldn't be sorry. You don't deserve this life... And Gajeel..." She says.

"What is shrimp?" I asked.

"I want to be your reason to live." She says.
