Chapter 5 My Stubborn Flower

Ashton's Pov

"I hate myself. I am worthless, how could I do this to my Rose?! ", I yelled dejectedly. I promised myself that I would make her feel loved, happy and protected but I made her feel reverse. When I see her I am having a battle within myself, fighting with many emotions. Lust, possessiveness, love, obsession, care, happiness, power and many more, she just...makes me feel alive.

Last night, my dark side took hold of me which is ruthless, dominant, possessive and selfish. It was so hard to see her move away from me, when finally I love someone how can I let her go away from me. I know that one day she would accept me, she's just scared. What is troubling me right now is that she is refusing to eat anything. She can get sick if she would remain stubborn like this. She is still in that walk in closet because of her escaping strategy. I was snapped out of my thoughts when someone knocked my office door, I said a "come in".

Shen came inside with  a file in his hands. I raised an eyebrow in confusion. He walked up to my desk and spoke, "Boss, here is the file you asked for. About our first lady."Now you would be thinking who the hell was their first lady. Well, I would marry my little rose soon, making her the queen of underworld and my mens' first lady. Back to the scene. I smirk came on my face and I immediately took the file from his hands. I dismissed Shen after giving him a grateful smile. I opened the file. It said

Name: Lily Rose
Age:22
Birth date:7 April 1994
Occupations: waitress, singing teacher.
Degrees: Mastering for social services.
Hobbies : Singing, playing guitar, helping orphans and poor people.
Aims: To built her own orphanage to give refuge to helpless. And to make at least one of her own song album.
Lives in an apartment with her best friend Emily. She lost her father in a home invasion when she was 16 and a year ago lost her mother due to bone cancer. Has no siblings. Is single.

I closed the file and sighed dreamily, how kind hearted my Rose was. She wanted to devote her entire life serving others. I knew that I made the right choice and thank God she was single otherwise I had to plan a murder to kill her non-existent husband. What saddened me was that she was a broken soul like me who craved for love and affection. It my promise to you my little rose to love and cherish you till the death part us and to protect you against any harm. Never to leave your side no matter what!

But now I need to make sure she eats and the stubborn flower she is, I need to do something. I grinned, as an idea popped in my mind. Not only would Rose get happy but she would at least eat something. I called Shen from my intercom. Few seconds later he stood in front of me with oozing loyalty. I rubbed my hands together and said, "Bring that Emily girl to me."
Shen nodded hie head in response. About 20 minutes later a  blondie was brought in his office who was thrashing wildly to get loose. When her eyes landed on me she yelled, "You. Where is my Rosebud what did you do to her, I will rip you apart and feed you to the street dogs if you dared touched her or hurt her!" She indeed looked scary even Shen looked terrified, the lady got guts. Someone's gonna wet their pants! I maintained my cold stare and emotionless face to her. When she shut her radio up, I spoke, "No need to be dramatic Lily is fine. And for your kind information you don't hold any sort of power against me so stop with your useless threats. Plus you are here for a purpose so, let's get to the point. My Rose is not eating anything, so if she meets you she would get happy and you woman have to make her eat."

She started laughing like crazy while Shen and I were staring at her shocked as if she had grown two heads. She whispered in a low,  dangerous tone, "And why do you think I would do that?"Urgh! This girl was getting on my nerves! But I composed myself and said in a carefree tone," Because you don't have an option."She once again got serious and yelled, "You kidnap my Rosebud, keep her against her will and you want me to help you. NO NEVER! what do you want from her anyways?"Oh God, is this girl bipolar a few seconds ago she was laughing like a maniac and now she is deadly serious! Whatever, all I want is my Rose to be healthy. Maybe I should convince this lady about helping me win rose, I should admit my feelings to her maybe.... Just maybe she might understand and help me.
