Her best friend and her were helping teachers and other nerds like them to prepare for the new school year. Surprisingly, they were having so much fun and they didn't see the time passing. It was already dinner time. They talked about everything and anything. She had a great time until her best friend talked about boys. She told her that last year a boy approach her to tell her that he found her cute. She was puzzled by this revelation, she was asking herself why she told her this only now, one year later... She was suprise by this, she couldn't believe her words, she was never confident enough to consider herself as cute. She was a tall brown hair girl, with boring brown eyes and freckles spreads all over her face not to mention that she wears glasses because she have the sight of an 50 years old man and she's afraid of "poking" her eyes by wearing contacts. Thinking of his kind words was making her stomach flutters. By the time they finish to organize the school for the new school year, she realized that time flew by because all she was thinking about was him.

After this news, her mind was filled with thoughts about him, she started to ask more about him and stalk him in a discreet way. Before imagining him as her boyfriend, she wanted to get to know him unfortunately she didn't know how. One year later.. it's too late. She was too shy to approach him because he never talked to her and maybe he moved on, one year..it's pretty long...She didn't know a lot about him because he never been in one of her class, she was wondering how did he knew her.She was now exciting to see how the next school year would be. Who knows maybe she will have her first boyfriend this year.

She didn't want to make a move she didn't know if it was because of her timidity, insecurity or just because she was scared of love. In fact she wasn't scared of love, love was probably the most powerful force in the world. She was afraid of rejection and infidelity. She was frightened by the tought that he may have told her best friend these words as a joke or perhasp, these words may hide some bad intentions. She wasn't scare of love but only about all the problems it may entail. It's scary when it become real, there's a difference between having feeling for someone and having the person in front of you, you have to impress her and handle her expectations and desirs...
