No Matter What (Tobey X Becky/Wordgirl)

Chapter 10-The party-part 2

(Welcome back,I come with part 2 of my insane story in surprised people read,anyway enjoy😅)

"Hey Becky!" Violet said as she was calling Becky over. Becky looked around for the voice before finally spotting her friend violet and started walking over.

"Hello violet." Becky greeted her.

"I'm so glad you could make it." Violet said with a happy smile,it looked forced for some reason.

"Well happy birthday to your cat violet." Becky said trying to ignore her fake smile. (Sorry I still don't remember the cat's name) "where is she anyways I have a little something to give her." Becky said holding up a little bag she had.

"Oh,well she's inside right now but the gift table is over there." She said pointing to a table full presents.

"Ok,I'll be right back." Becky said before walking away to the table. As she set the gift down she turned around to head back but came face to face with tobey making her stumble back a bit.

"O-oh hey Tobey, you scared me there for a bit" Becky said suddenly nervous. Tobey looked nervous too.

"S-sorry, I did not mean to startle you." He said apologetically.

"Oh it's all right,don't worry about it." She said rubbing the back of her head.
They kind of just stood there for a while just being akward.

"So...... I'll just be on my way back..... Over there......with violet. Yeah!" She said as she dashed off towards violet. Leaving behind a confused Tobey.

"Hey violet I'm back." Becky announced to her friend as she approched.

Violet was looking down at the ground but Becky just ignored it. Violet looked up at Becky and obviously forced a fake smile. Becky was starting to get suspicious,but before she could say anything violet spoke up.

"Um,I'll be right back." She said quickly and ran inside. Becky was about to follow when Tobey called her over.

"Hey Becky,over here!" He called. Becky quickly turned and started walking over to tobey.

"Hey Tobey. Did you need something?" She asked getting curious.

Tobey was holding something behind his back and looked so nervous she swore he was sweating. She got a little closer

"Um....I....ummm. I-I wanted to g-give you this." He pulled out a beautiful big red rose and held it out in front of Becky. He was blushing madly, waiting to see if she'd take it. Becky was now starting to blush.

"O-Oh wow. Um,thank you. It's very beautiful." She said taking the rose from Tobey. Since her dress had no pockets she decided to put it in her hair,but she was having a little trouble.

"H-Hey tobey, could you help me put this on?" She asked.

"S-Sure." He said. She gave him the rose and turned her head so he could put it in her hair.

"There,it's in now" he said. Staring at her,the rose made her look even more beautiful then she already was to him.

"Thanks Tobey." She said.

~ time skip ~

They had been at the party for at least an hour now and some people were starting to leave. After a little longer,Tobey, Becky,and violet were the only ones left. As they were waiting for Becky's parents to come pick them up they were helping clean up.

"Uh,hey Tobey could you help me over here?" Violet said in a nervous voice.

Tobey looked up from from his sweeping (sorry if that's not right)
"Of course violet,what do you need help with?" He asked.

"Ju-just follow me" she said very quietly. After a bit of hesitation he followed her into the house. After a few minutes of them inside her super hearing picked up some shuffling noises inside but before she could investigate violet came out. She looked shaken.

"Hey violet, where's Tobey?" She asked. Eying violet suspiciously.

"Oh he-he's just cleaning up inside." She said,her voice breaking a little.

"Um, ok" Becky said.

"Hey Becky?" Violet asked. "Yes?" Becky responded. "I need you to help me look for something. I lost something in the woods." She said

"Oh,of course I'll help you look for it. What are we looking for anyways?" Becky asked,happy to help her best friend.

"It's a bracelet" violet said. "Follow me" she continued and started walking towards the woods. Becky followed her forgetting all about tobey.

They walked deeper into the woods until Becky spotted something shiny. "Hey violet I Think I found it!" She said but violet was nowhere to be seen and the fact that it was already dark outside didn't help.

"Violet?!" Becky shouted. No response

"VIOLET?!!" She screamed louder. Still no response.
Becky was about to leave when some one grabbed her arms and pinned her down.

"Hey!! Let me go!!!" Becky yelled. Before she was able to use her super strength something clamped onto her arm. She started to feel weak and stopped struggling. Before she passed out she looked at her arm. It was a bracelet,made of lexonite and when she turned to see who had held her down she saw violet.
Then black.
