"Who's going to stop you? Me of course!" Wordgirl said with all the courage she had left in her for that moment. She was trying so hard not to show any fear. She had to admit that this version of her looked very menacing.
Captain Huggy face gripped onto her shoulders a bit tighter which probably ment that he too was a bit frightened.

"You think you can defeat me? I'd like to see you try." With that, evil Wordgirl took off into the sky leaving a trail of black smoke.

Wordgirl wasted no time following suit, leaving her own bright yellow trail in the sky as she flew after her evil self. She was still unsure what exactly she would do and if her plan with her family would even work.

Shaking away her doubts, she focused again one what she had to do. Taking one last look at where evil her was, she flew into a nearby tree and stayed hidden there till her part of the plan took hold.

Realizing that she was no longer being followed, evil wordgirl stopped flying and landed on top of a nearby building. She then looked around, looking for Wordgirl.

"Ha, is little wordgirl to scared to come out?" She said, laughing with an ominous aura coming from her voice.
A noise behind her suddenly got her attention;she turned around.

Tobey was now in front of her, his hands slightly shaking as he did his best to hide his fear. He had to do this right.

"Hello there, seeing as you're an alternate version of Wordgirl, I was hoping that you would be able to see my undying love for you." Tobey said as he revealed a bouquet of beautiful roses he was hiding behind his back. To be honest, was getting flashbacks to all the times his heart was rejected so he had a hard time not crying.
To his surprise though, this wordgirl walked towards him with a smile and took the flowers.

"Aww, you're such a cutie. Fine, I'll accept your love for me." She said with a rather creepy grin. She smelled the flowers once before throwing them to the ground and stomping on them until they were nothing but plant paste.
Tobey gulped in fear.

"But let me tell you one thing.~" She said, leaning awfully close to Tobey.

"W-What is it my darling?" He said, full of fear now.

"I hate flowers." With that she grabbed Tobey and flew off with him towards the mountains.

-----------------------

"Frick!" Wordgirl said as she quickly jumped out from her hiding spot to the ground. Evil Wordgirl was supposed to stay on the roof with Tobey until her dad got back.
As if on cue, Tim ran up next to her, panting. He couldn't talk due to having run so far so he just held up his hand.
In it, the object that would hopefully save them and the city.

"Thanks dad, but we need to find out where they went now. She flew off with him somewhere." She said as a frown formed on her father's face.

"I'm sorry honey, your mother was having a hard time with a certain someone who was reluctant to give this to us.
Wordgirl let out a sad sigh.

"That's alright, that's why we have a backup plan." Wordgirl said as she told Captian Huggy Face to go get TJ. Once he was gone, she said bye to her dad and flew off towards the mountains.

-----------------

"Oh my, why are we up here again?" Tobey asked, his voice wavering a bit.

"Don't worry, let's just say we'll be expecting company soon." She said with a sly smile. It gave Tobey chills to say at the least.

"Uh, yes, it would seem that way but why am I like this?" Tobey said as he gestured to the fact that his hands were tied behind his back.

"That's for me to know and you to find out, should the need arise." With that, they both fell silent.

-----------------

Wordgirl found TJ near the edge of the woods like he was supposed to and landed next to him. He had a couple of twigs in his hair along with a bit of mud on his face. He was also wearing a camouflage bandana on his head. He was looking out through a pair of binoculars so he didn't notice that wordgirl was there until she tapped him on the shoulder.

"Ah! You can't see me!" TJ yelled as he jumped into some nearby bushes. Wordgirl and Captian Huggy Face were laughing at him as he slowly came out of the bush, glaring at them both as he did so. After a second or two of them laughing, they calmed down and Wordgirl wiped away a few tears before speaking.

"So-ha,did-did you see where they went?" She asked, still gasping for air. TJ let out a little 'hmp' before answering.

"Yeah yeah, once everyone regroups I'll take you to them." He said while crossing his arms, still a bit mad.

"Alright then, maybe by then I can sort through all this chaos." Wordgirl said, letting out a big sigh. TJ looked at her with a sympathetic look and put his hand on his sisters shoulder.

"Hey, it may look bad now but I'm sure everything will work itself out." He said, giving her a small smile.

"Yeah I sure hope so..." she said looking up the mountains with a forlorn look.
She sat down on the ground and started to think things over but one thought was the most important to her at that moment. She hoped Tobey was ok and that they could get to him fast enough once everyone got here.

She missed him so much.

Hey, again sorry for the lengthy waits between chapters. I really wish I could do better and honestly, I don't really know where to go with the rest of the story from here but, I'll do my best.
Also, any idea names for what to call the 'Evil' Wordgirl? I feel like I shouldn't just keep calling her that.

Anyways, thanks for reading and I'll see ya in the next chapter!~
