Roommates

Chapter 2

**Camila's POV**

The day went on without any distractions. Now it was time for lunch. I grabbed a burger, water, and a banana(most importantly). I searched the cafeteria before coming upon Dinah and Ally sitting at a table. They gestured to me, and I walked towards them.
"Hey guys. How's your day?" I asked.
"Pretty good. Maybe college won't be as bad as I thought." Dinah answered. We all laughed and continued to eat our food. I was about to eat my banana before I noticed my roommate sitting down at a nearby table. She was staring down at her phone while eating her salad. I leaned my head on my hand and continued to stare at her. She was just so beautiful.

"Y'all. We should have a girls night on Friday! You know, just to get to know each other more and have fun before college takes over our lives?" Ally asked.
"Omg yes! That would be super fun. What do ya say Camila?" Dinah replied.
Me, being in my own world, didn't acknowledge her and continued to stare at the emerald eyed girl. Dinah and Ally noticed this and turned their heads to the direction I was looking.
"Someone has a crush" Ally joked.
"What no I don't. She's just pretty that's all." I said hoping that it didn't sound sarcastic.
"Wait, are you lesbian? Just wanna know before I say anything." Dinah asked.
"Well I'm bi. I've dated guys but not girls. Back in my school, it was weird if you were sexually attracted to the same gender. But I've always been attracted to both." I replied.
"Alright. We're fine with who you are. We will always be there for you no matter what." Dinah mentioned as ally smiled.
"Thanks guys."
"Saying that, there is something you should know. The girl you were staring at; her name is Lauren. She went to me and Ally's school. She is the biggest player out there. She has hooked up with half of the boys and girls at our school. I say, be carful." Dinah explained.
"Well she is my roommate so that helps too. Thanks." I said sarcastically. Dinah and Ally smiled with sympathy. The bell rang signaling that lunch was over. Dinah and I said goodbye to Ally and we walked to our next class which we had together.

After my classes, I wanted to go to Dinah and Ally's room but they had a extra class to go to. Now I had to deal with Lauren. I slowly opened the door to my room to see Lauren, on her bed, eating chips while scrolling through her phone. She looked up at me and I smiled. I had to control my hormones. Come on Camila you can do this.
"Hi you must be my roommate. I'm Camila." I said going to shake her hand.
"I'm Lauren." She said with the most deepest raspy voice. "Lauren Jauregui." She shook my hand and I leaned onto the wall.
"Jauregui. I like it. Where are you from?" I asked trying to act cool. When she didn't respond I thought I'd try to say a funny joke. "Planet Green Eyes Attack You?" I joked and she slightly smirked.
"I didn't think you would already notice my eyes."
I gulped. "Well they really pop out with all that black you're wearing."
Lauren was about to say something before my phone started ringing. I answered. "Hey Dinah. What's up."
"You wanna go to Burts Café?" She asked through the phone.
"Sure. I'll come to your room." I replied. I ended the call and grabbed my purse that was on my bed. I smiled at Lauren, who was still looking at me, and waved goodbye. She waved back and I hurried off to Dinah's room.

**Lauren's POV**

She was the most beautiful girl in the world. The way her outfit accentuates her every curve. She was fucking hot. I wanted to kiss her right there and then. But no. I promised myself that I would change. After what happened, I have too.
I kept staring at her after I heard her come in. Even her voice was cute. But the bad thing is that she is friends with Dinah. Dinah is for sure gonna tell Camila what I was in high school. I can't let that happen. I need Camila to be mine.
