Godzilla Scarlet Saga 3: A Demon's Wrath

Chapter 1: First Strike of Redmoon

CHAPTER 1: FIRST STRIKE OF REDMOON

The seas became wild as the Planet Gareth hovered to Earth. People stood still, frozen and petrified by the grim sight. Shooting out of Planet Gareth was the unknown space alien beast: Redmoon.

Redmoon has a spiked carapace, useless wings on his shoulders that are use for swimming feats. Its menacing face is filled with deformed fangs on his cheek plates. A long scythe shaped horn attach to his forehead. He pounds his chest with almost primal behavior. He is a true warrior of the Gareth people. Two odd orbs circle around Redmoon like two sets of moons. His legs are tightly armor-plated for unknown reasons.

The beast licks the atmosphere; Earth’s environment is putrid to him. His masters ordered him to destroy certain cities and take down Godzilla. Once they’re out of the way, Earth’s cities will become Utopias for his people.  The alliance between Planet Gareth and Union of Shadows had grown to become unbreakable since Gamera is out of the picture.

Scarlet and Godzilla watched them hover near the clouds of Earth. It’s large mass ellipse half the world. It isn’t just a planet, it was a fortress. Redmoon looked around his new surroundings, as if taking in the Earth’s environment before taking it away.

Godzilla walks to the scene to prevent this alien to cause any havoc. He glared at Scarlet, as if knowing he’s not going to win this fight.

Meanwhile, Cypress is within the lore or Deadmorah. Holding his arm tightly, trying to parish the feeling of death near since Godzilla looked at her. Deadmorah can sense her worriment.

“You fear him?” Deadmorah chuckled sinisterly, pitying her troubles.

“N-No.  You’re not reading mind, are you?” Cypress let go of Deadmorah’s arm, walking back a feel steps. She Slowly crosses her arms to comfort her confusion.

“It’s like he’s inside my mind. Every time I close my eyes, I can feel him breathing down behind me.” She admitted with a chilly voice.

“He’s using some kind of spiritual attack on your mind.” Deadmorah said as he placed his palm on Cypress’s head.

“Get it out then!” Cypress shouted.

“I can’t. Because it’s not just Godzilla: It’s every Godzilla that’s ever existed. Every Godzillasaur has a small hint of psychic energy.” Deadmorah is both fascinated and frighten of the grim images he sees. He can see the spirits of Gojira, a burning Godzilla monster and Godzillas from other dimensions. They looked different but were the same species.

Cypress rushed into Deadmorah’s arms, clinging to the other thing just as powerful as her fears.

“…I don’t want to die.” Cypress quietly begged.

“No one dose, my dear, no one dose.” Deadmorah whispered soundly.

    Redmoon lumbered about, destroying everything in sight. Jets flew by tickling him with missiles, He hissed loudly at the cowardly aircrafts. They didn’t dare to get any closer to him. Tanks bombarded his tough hide; all they do is pinch his skin with no further damage.

Citizens run in unorganized crowds. The hollering terror tickles Redmoon’s ears.

That’s when the maser tanks came in with plasma beams. The tinker toys have managed to annoy Redmoon. Redmoon paused for a slight second before he stomp his foot creating a shockwave. People who were in the way of the wave were thrown miles into the air. The shockwave is so intense they’ll be dead before being lifted due the heart stopping pulse.

An anonymous roar was heard near Redmoon. Godzilla walked out of the decaying smoke, revealing himself to the new enemy. Redmoon was not expecting to fight so early. Redmoon’s shattering fangs grin at the mighty legend himself. Godzilla slowly lumbered towards, clutching his fist with eagerness.

Redmoon whistled a laugh before sending Godzilla in the air with an uppercut. Redmoon zoomed out, ready to catch Godzilla before he falls. He rammed himself in the air, stabbing him with his scythe. Godzilla shouted as the blade struck him. Godzilla grip the horn with his hands and created a nuclear pulse that backed Redmoon off. Redmoon was thrown into a few buildings after being pushed by Godzilla’s hidden attack.

Godzilla gurgled a growl, he began to grow confidence. Redmoon rises out with a demonic roar, he lifted his hands, conducted a planetary energy. Godzilla snared at him with confusion. Suddenly, red orbs hovered around Godzilla, before he can figure out what they are, they pop and exploded onto him. Godzilla shouted as the orbs blasted him calculatedly.   

His scales pop within each blast, all Redmoon could do is smile as Godzilla struggles with the projectiles. Such unusual attacks for Kaiju, Godzilla’s fins energies but suddenly the orbs will absorb Godzilla’s energy as he charges.

Scarlet saw this from the distance, she got moving to help her comrade.

The red orbs absorb the blue bright energies coming from Godzilla’s fins. He couldn’t even use his atomic breath to diminish them. Godzilla slowly looked at Redmoon, smirked at him with low growl: He’s not giving up yet.

Godzilla ran to Redmoon to challenge him with hand to hand combat. Regardless of the ongoing storming projectiles, Godzilla will continue to fight. He lashed his jaws onto Redmoon’s neck. Redmoon howled as Godzilla bites down slowly.

The armor-plated legs unlatched, opened up a set arachnid like legs. They lash out and kicked Godzilla off his footing. Sparks flew as the orbs continue to blast him.

Redmoon gurgled proudly at the sight of the fallen king. Godzilla shrugged the pain away, he’s healing factor kicked in. Redmoon stood back: his orb storm attack should have reduced Godzilla to a skeleton. He soon realizes that Godzilla has a very powerful regeneration that keeps him from rotting. The orb storm can blast all they want but Godzilla will soon adapt to their beams.

That’s when Redmoon’s scythe shimmered brightly, commanding the orbs to cease their attack. They soon retreated away from the enemy.

Godzilla was both relieved and confuse of why he stopped. Redmoon bowed his head as if honoring his well durable opponent.

The moment of respect was quickly turned into hatred. Redmoon opened up his maw that began to lighten up with a red glow. Godzilla curled his claws with upmost preparation. Redmoon shoot a fast orb out of his jaws. Godzilla didn’t know what hit him until he was forced to bounce off. Redmoon kept firing at him like a tank.

The orb made Godzilla’s body tremble and numb. He crashed on top of a building causing it and himself to collapse. Before Redmoon can celebrate, Godzilla flashed out his atomic breath. One of Redmoon’s moon like orbs captures Godzilla’s Atomic beam and bounces it back. While Godzilla watched the flare of his own attack betrays him: Gigan came in with bulking toss of his cannon ball. The spiked ball punctured Godzilla’s back just as his atomic breath blasts him.

Godzilla falls down by both attacks: he looked at Gigan with a look of disappointment: only a coward will blindside an enemy.

Gigan waved his blades and shrieked at Redmoon, introducing himself as an ally. Redmoon stayed silent; even he thinks Gigan is a dirty coward. Nevertheless—Gigan was assign to work with Redmoon. Redmoon was deeply disappointed, he was expected a Kaiju like: Orga or even Ghidorah to fight along his side.

They both fight so differently. Redmoon will use tactics that work best while Gigan likes to play with his victims. Gigan would bully his foes; Redmoon will end it but will honor a powerful opponent. Redmoon finds blindsiding upsetting. He kinda hopes Godzilla to get up to blaze Gigan.

Gigan walked towards Redmoon to fight along his side. It was then Redmoon felt a hot boiling taste from the back of throat, he soon vomited, sicken with the environment. Redmoon felt extremely weak due to Earth’s environment.

Gigan saw this and flew quickly towards him. He latches on cable wires around Redmoon to lift him off the air. Gigan flew forward to take Redmoon to safety. Redmoon began to black-out, he can see Godzilla getting up from the distance. Redmoon slowly looked up only to see Gigan aiding him.

Redmoon began to grow respect for this space monster. Gigan knows from experience that Earth is hard to get use to. In due time, Redmoon will be immune.
