Indiana jones and the book of secrets

chapter 2

Indy's POV

I parked the car in the driveway and stepped out then Mutt did the same but he slammed the door "hi boys." said Marion "hi honey." I said and I kissed her "what's wrong with Mutt?" she said "he got in a fight at school and now he's all upset now I said "oh ok well hurry and wash up dinners on the table." she said then I washed up and Mutt was already down I got a plate and we started eating then I told her about the book of secrets and how were going to go find it there was a nock on our door I stood up and went over there it was Marcus "Marcus what are you doing here cant you see were eating dinner?" I said "im sorry Indy but I have to tell you something." he said he looked all concerned.

Marion's POV

"Marcus what are you doing here stay for dinner." I said "yes thank you but I have to talk to Indy." he said "ok." I said they in the living room then I heard them talking they came back in "do you want to stay for dinner Marcus?" I said he looked at his watch "why not." he said then he made himself a plate we were done eating and I came out with a pie Mutt smiled he loved my baking "so why are you here Marcus?" I said then he told us about the book of secrets "lets get  going then." said Mutt and he stood up and ran to his room and he got his suitcase and Indy's I looked and Indy and smiled "he can come." said Indy then I got there passports and I put them with Indy's stuff.

Indy's POV

the #1 thing of traveling is for me is that you have to pack light for me my bags are always getting misplaced or getting lost in a plane crash or getting lost at an airport but I never leave home without my fedora, bullwhip, and revolver I put them in my bag and I went out I looked at Mutt and he saw trying to cram everything in "son what are you doing?"

Mutts POV

I looked up and saw that my dad was done packing then my mom came in she had a suitcase to "where are you going"? said my dad "I'm coming with you two." she said I heard you oxly is in trouble again the ox was in trouble again great I thought I zipped my suitcase up and I walked out I was ready then my dad put his fedora on and we walked out and Marion locked the door behind us I was really excited then there was a taxi fro us and he took us to the airport we were first class and I had a seat all to my self I leaned back and soon I was asleep like my dad I waited until we landed
