From season 3 in multiple episodes until 3.10, Alpha Adriana was fighting with Ari, Tara, Scott, Natalie, Derek, Isaac, Braedan, etc, while with the Alpha Pack, even impaling Tara with a piece of pipe through her stomach in 3.04 Unleashed.

Lydia: (voice over) "Previously on Worlds Colliding (Teen Wolf)"

Theo: (voice over from 5.10 Status Asthmaticus) "You've been out of the Alpha Pack for a year, and you've long since gained your redemption, but you've still got more blood on your hands than any of us."

From 5.20 "Apotheosis", in the tunnels, Kira used her sword to crack the floor open with the power of the Skinwalkers. Theo's sister came up from the ground, grabbing Theo to drag him into the hole.

Theo held onto the floor for dear life. "Adri! Help me, Adri!"

Theo was dragged away into the hole by his sister. Lydia and Ari walked closer to stand on either side of Adriana to comfort her. Adriana looked as if she didn't want to feel anything so that she didn't have to feel conflicted about what had just happened.

Adriana: (voice over from 5.20 Apotheosis) "The Dread Doctors brainwashed him to hell, and they screwed with my head, too. A few more years, and that could have been me."  

From 6.04 "Relics", in the tunnels, Adriana and Chris were talking.

"You think that going through what you're going through is what you deserve," Chris told her.

"Isn't it?" Adriana asked.

"I know that the darkness inside of you is pushing you to act out on your darkest impulses and thoughts," Chris told her. "You are good, Adriana, and you have been good for a long time. You stay that way by helping people, and letting them help you."

From 5.10 "Status Asthmaticus", in the school library, Ari pushed Scott to the floor, straddling him, slashing into him repeatedly until she eventually killed him, but they were able to bring him back.

Ari: (voice over from 5.14 The Sword and the Spirit) "I killed you. I'm so, so, so sorry."

From 5.14 "The Sword and the Spirit", in the tunnels, Scott and Ari were talking.

"You brought me back," Scott told her.

"You're one of my best friends," Ari told him. "You're like my brother. And I don't deserve your forgiveness."

From 5.05 "A Novel Approach", in flashback to the fire, A flame launched toward Peter and Young Tara.

Peter pulled Young Tara closer to him, trying to put her in between him and the flame. "Tara!"

The flame ate at them, attacking them. Young Tara struggled, getting away from the fire before she was severely burned. Peter was burned in the face, screaming in agony, falling to the floor. Young Tara was crying, pulling Peter toward the basement exit that led to the tunnels underneath the house. Present-Day Tara seemed to be standing nearby, surrounded by the flames.

Tara: (voice over from 5.05 A Novel Approach) "The fire. Peter didn't save me. He tried to kill me."

From 5.05 "A Novel Approach", in the school library, Stacie slipped, dangling from the structure from one arm, turning to look down below. One of the support beams had impaled right through Donovan's stomach. Donovan died in front of her. Stacie was horrified by the face that she had just killed somebody by accident, in denial.

Stacie: (voice over from 5.12 Damnatio Memoriae) "I feel like it's more than guilt. I feel like I lost something, like I can't get it back."
