imagine instead of finn being sentenced to death, you were. you had gone along with what finn did at the village. you showed no mercy on them and took your gun and shot away. you needed to let out anger, and the closest to that was shooting innocent men, women, and children. you were pissed at the way that your people were being led, ever since the rest of the ark came down, it's been hell, and you let your anger get the best of you. you told finn that you wanted to be the one to shoot, because you didn't care about the consequences, but when you were done, you realized that raven would have to live a life without you, and it pained you to think about leaving her alone. the grounders came to arkadia, surrounding it, to take you and do what was right for the people. you turned yourself in, instead of fighting back, but that didn't stop clarke and the rest of your friends to try and stop you. the grounders took you down to where they were going to execute yiu, and at that moment you realized how deeply in love you were with raven, but it was to late now. clarke came down to say her goodbyes, but you told her to just kill you, instead of having the grounders torture you. clarke did what you said without arguing because she knew that it was what you wanted, you told her to keep raven safe and to not let anything happen to her. everyone in arkadia was watching this moment, when clarke pulled away from you, you were dead, raven screamed in pain, because the person one person that she loved and cared for was gone forever.
"keep her safe clarke, please, don't let anything happen to her, she deserves more than I gave her, so please, keep her safe."
