I woke up with the whole right side of my body aching. I tried lifting myself out of bed with my right arm, but it gave out. I cried out in pain. Shawn shot up out of bed.

"What's wrong?" He asked.

"I'm sorry Shawn. I didn't mean to wake you up, I was trying to get out of bed quietly so I didn't wake you up. My arm gave out, but I'm okay." I answered.

"It's okay princess. Here, let me help you." Shawn said, getting out of bed, and helping me up.

"Ugh, god. I'm sorry Shawn. I'm a hopeless mess. You shouldn't have to do this. I'm sorry." I said.

"Faye. No your not, I want to help you. After all, this is kind of my fault. I shouldn't have left you alone. I'm sorry." Shawn replied, lookin g down at his feet.

"Shawn, no. Don't blank yourself for this. It's not your fault. You didn't know this would happen. Neither of us did." I said, putting my hand under his chin, and lifting his face up.

He smiled, and kissed my forehead.

"I love you." He said.

"I love you too." I replied.

I slowly walked over to my bag, and grabbed out some clothes. I grabbed a black, long-sleeved top that laces up in the front, and white washed shorts, and I paired them with white Converse shoes. I walked into Shawn's bathroom and did my hair and makeup. I brushed my hair, and left it like that because I was in pain and didn't want to do anything to it.

I walked out and saw Shawn putting his shirt on. I came up behind him and leaned into him.

"Hey princess." He said, turning around.

"Hi." I replied.

"I know you probably don't want to do anything today, but I wanted to get you into the doctor's office and check you for anything broken, sprained, or damaged or anything wrong." Shawn said.

"Okay. I'll go. Only because you want me to." I replied.

"Thank you princess. Come on. Let's go." Shawn said, picking me up, and carrying me downstairs.

"You don't have to keep doing this you know." I said.

"I know. But I want to. You're in pain and I'm not, so I can carry you." Shawn replied.

I smiled. Shawn carried me out to his car, and put me in the passenger seat. I buckled up, and Shawn got in the drivers side.

"So, we're going to the doctor's office, and then back home?" I asked.

"Mmm. Not exactly. We're going to the doctor's office, seeing how you are, then, if you want to, we're going shopping. For you. Graduation's almost here, and you need a dress." Shawn smiled.

"Shawn, you don't have to do that. I can get a dress on my own time." I said.

"Why do you think doing things like this is a problem for me? Faye, I love you, and I want whatever's best for you. I'm going with you to get your graduation dress. I'd do anything for you. You're not a problem or a burden on me, you're everything I need." Shawn replied.

I smiled, and kissed Shawn's cheek. "Ugh god, I love you so much."

"I love you too princess." Shawn smiled.

I drove to the doctor's office, and went to the front desk.

"Hello. How may I help you?" The receptionist asked.
