You might be thinking by now that I have changed from an idiotic pickpocket to an extremely dangerous officer or member of the Hell Boys, whom I had never had any conversation of meeting before. Oh yes, the dreadful Red Rackham, was our enemy. You know, I was just a stupid pickpocket until now. I think that there are some corners of our own mind, which we explore someday. And according to me, that 'someday' was that afternoon. 'Okay Adrian, you're done with the philosophy stuff and being a historian, keeping record of what you thought yesterday night, when you don't even remember what you had last night.' I told myself and started finding clues. I asked one of those Hell Boys to go and search our last afternoon's prey for some clues. I was standing at a place, from where I could see the whole mountain clearly, from the tip to the toe. And what I saw was the most dreadful sight ever. Out there, in the plateau, there came out a man, from a secret way that I had never been able to see, though I had travelled to distant places and this mountain was in my path. The man which came out, wearing something of the colour red. Soon, he was followed by several other men wearing a little different variety of clothes but of the same colour. 'Oh my lord............' I told myself. That was all I could say. What the heck did I just see? I froze on the spot. There was an enormous army, 40,000 I'd say. And according to my math, the people we had to kill was more than 100 times of what we had. WOW! Pretty much a big blow itself. The person I saw first examined the whole city like a lion before catching, chasing down, trampling and tearing apart the prey. I saw him examining every part of the city and after he was done, he took out his gun in a slow and bulky manner and shot a bullet which went straight towards the flag of Valle De Luna and darted a hole in the centre; yes, the heart of Valle De Luna and the whole of the Atacama desert was about to be torn to pieces. After he shot the bullet, he slowly opened his pocket for the gun and slid it inside. 'Ummm, guys...............I said. We got a big, enormously big problem here.' I said and pointed out the place where he was standing with his army, about to scoop our interior of out head in no time like an ice cream vendor. I showed them where he was and all of our hearts started to pump out of our chests. Our hands went cold. Our legs couldn't move. There was an unusual silence, silence of fear. 'Okay guys, take your positions!' Austin said and began to run towards the Red Rackham's main aim, the market. 'I know that you'll take care of this bad boy well.' He said and handed me a Desert eagle and ammo. The market now as well, was pretty much filled up, like any other day and had not even sufficient breathing space. After we began to shout around, the market became totally empty as the people rushed here and there, towards their houses. We went to the terraces of the different shops and all sorts of buildings and took out places. Now, there was a do or die situation. We had to do well, and not only well, the best shooting skills of our life. We took places in such a manner that we were there was an intersection of four roads. So that, whatever way the bandits choose to use for their attack, they're gonna face us. 'C'mon Adrian, show this spoilt brat what momma does when she watches her child stealing. Yes bubba, come to mommy.' I said and tried to gain confidence and convince myself that this guy was destined to come here to be taught a lesson though even I knew that my chances of survival were very less.
