Woodstick Mistake (Part 2)

[Dipper's POV]

"Remind me why we have to wear these again brother?"

"We have to fit in the crowd sister."

I was wearing a v-neck shirt, and my sister was wearing a sweater, it sounds and looks terrible, but I guess it's 'in' with the teens, certainly not for me. We were preparing for our speech, but all my mind was thinking about is Pacifica.

[Gideon's POV]
After I 'acquired' the potions, I went back to the lake. Pacifica was still there, staring at the lake, I walked uo to her.

"Hey Cuz, do you wanna go to the Woodstick Festival? They have a lot of fun stuff there, maybe it can cheer you up!"

"...fine, I could use some fun."

We walked to the festival, Pacifica did look a bit happier when she saw the chicken booth, where they pair up a chicken with you for just a low cost of...25 bucks, oh god, Pacifica don't go there.

"Step right up folks and get yourself a magical chicken!"

"Did you say magical?"

I saw Pacifica's eye literally glow when she saw those chickens, I guess she really like the chickens? There's no going back now.

"How much for one?"

"25 bucks darling."

She gave him 30 dollars and told him to keep the change. She really wanted a chicken, she wanted it really badly.

"So can I have this little guy?"

"Oh no, you don't choose the chicken. The chicken chooses you darling. Inside the neclace of the chicken is an advice for you when you face a challenge."

"Okay...so how does it choose me?"

"Just walk inside and one of it would walk up to you."

I saw Pacifica walk inside, soon after, she walked out holding a chicken. It had white feathers and a weird necklace on its neck, ughh, weird hippie stuff.

[Dipper's POV]

"Welcome everyone, to Reverse Falls! That doesn't sound right, what do you think sister?"

"Seems fine to me."

"You seem relaxed."

"Brother, it's just a speech, you've never been this tense before, is it about Pacifica again?"

"Don't drag her in this sister."

"Just finish your script brother."

Great uncle Stanley suddenly walked in, he was surprised when he saw Mabel.

"Mabel dear, when did you come back? I thought you left."

"Oh great uncle, I am always here."

She then stared at me after saying that. Clearly hitting my head with a bat wasn't good enough of a revenge for her.

[Pacifica's POV]
Yay! A pet chicken, it's what I've always dreamed of! What should I name him?Waddles? No, sounds like a pigs' name. What about...Hannah? It sounds sweet!

"Hey cuz, the show's about to start! Let's go!"

We were walking to the audience stand when I saw Dipper and Mabel backstage. Dipper saw me too and we just stared each other's eyes until Wendy suddenly walked up to him and hugged him from the back then kissed him on yhe cheeks. Disgusting, I can't believe I still had feelings for him!

We sat down when the twins came out and promoted the town and introduced the performers, Dipper's personal 'fan club' was there of course, he's engaged but still half of the towns' girls still love him? Now that's insane.
