Chapter 2

AJ POV

When AJ first saw the tall blonde with blue eyes she was stunned by her beauty. She was tall and she had full pink lips. Her eyes caught AJ's attention. Besides the fact that both of their names were Alexandra, she was beautiful.

"Hey-um-AJ initiation starts in two hours-" Anabelle snapped her fingers in front of AJ's face concerned. "Are you going to be dressed like that? You have to dress more sexy-vampish!"

AJ sighs at Anna's comment. Why did she have to change for some newbies? "Okay, but I'm just going to change into some black jeggings and a red crop top."

"Perfect." Ana giggled. "For me-uh-I don't really know yet. I'll go to my closet later. But, for now what's on your mind AJ?"

"Just throw on something. We do not need to impress these girls." AJ could care less about how she looked in front of these girls since she was a HVIC. AJ and Ana was respected by all vampires in their coven no matter what. The two hold all the power.

"Well someone is grumpy," Ana groaned. "I'm going to throw on a dress." Anabelle muttered to herself walking over to her desk. She powdered her face and called Sarah and Amy to come back with the newbies. They had a surprise in store for them and she was ready to see the shock on their faces. Everyone started to walk down the corridors in the coven. AJ was in front, so everyone was following her. She made a sharp left and on her left was a giant arena in front of them. The twins and triplets are confused about where AJ and Anabelle have taken them. AJ has a evil smirk on her face as Anabelle says "Welcome Covenants!,"

"This is your initiation process. Does anyone want to take a stab at what we are doing?"

AJ laughs at what Anabelle said. "These girls have no idea whats about to happen to them." She thought silently as she watched the others.

Alexis says."Well we're in a arena so we're about to fight?"

"Yeah but who"? Willis asked.

Anabelle laughed so loud that it echoed through the whole arena. "You will be fighting the HVIC's".

The shock on the five faces in front of AJ was priceless. She looked at Alexandra and caught her smiling. AJ was confused as to why Alex was smiling at her. Nontheless AJ was going to kick ass so she might as well get this over with. All the parents of the covenants cheered in the background. The initiation was live. The oldest HVIC, Max Justice, at least 500 years old cheered on his daughter AJ happily. He stood out to Anabelle and she giggled. She gave him a wave.

"The first fight will be me and Willis Whopper." Ana said walking onto the arena ready to fight. The bell rang echoing off the stands and the two ran at each other. The fight began and Willis fell easily.

AJ stood at the opposite end of the arena ready to face Wyler Whopper. She already knew she won the match based on Wyler's stance. She looked at her dad who gave her a thumbs up. The match began and as Wyler raced towards AJ she tried to punch AJ in the face but failed miserably due to AJ's uppercut.

"Ha, newbie." AJ said walking away from the unconscious Wyler. The crowd roared in excitement.

The fights went on and on. Anabelle had won all three of her matches and now it was time for the final match. Alexandra and AJ who would win? AJ's dad bit his nails in anticipation while Anabelle thought she would win like it was nothing.

"This is a piece of cake," AJ told Anabelle. "If you can beat Alexis then fighting Alexandra should be a piece a cake."

AJ heard the announcer say their names. Alexandra versus Alexandra. AJ glared at the announcer for saying her real name. The match began. Alex hit AJ in her jaw.

"Shit!" she said from the blow. AJ ran towards Alex and shoved her into the wall and punched her in the gut. Alex fell to her knees in pain. AJ threw her across the arena. AJ walked away in triumph happy that she won the match. The crowd was cheering. All of a sudden the crowd stopped cheering and before AJ could fully turn around she was thrown into the walls.

"THE FUCK!" she said. AJ was underneath Alex getting hit a thousand times. AJ pushed Alex off of her and punched Alex in the face. AJ's eyes had a red hue in them the two started to run at each other but a whistle was blown. As the whistle was blown the two girls collapsed to the grown. Anabelle blew the whistle signaling the fight to be over.

Anabelle stood in shock "What the-?" She muttered. AJ's dad ran into the arena to see if she was okay, and Ana ran after him.

"Are you okay?!" AJ's dad screamed. Anabelle patted his back to calm him down. "Never knew this place had such strong vampires." He thought to himself.

"Anabelle, call the covens ER" AJ's dad instructed Anabelle. A few seconds later two people and a stretcher came in. They placed AJ on the stretcher and took her to the ER.

As AJ was getting carried off Anabelle instructed two other paramedics to put Alex on a stretcher and to take her to the ER as well.

"Have her room next to AJ's." Ana told the paramedics to inform the doctors.

When they arrived at the hospital AJ was fully healed due to her healing abilities. When she was in her room on her bed she lay unconscious due to her head injuries. Anabelle looked at AJ and as she got close and Anabelle slapped AJ right across the face.

"Snap out of it. I know you're okay!"Anabelle screamed. She slapped her again. AJ's father pulled her away, and hugged her. "Let her rest."

AJ started opening her eyes. What she saw was her father hugging Anabelle in affection. She declared she was dreaming. Once she opened her eyes she saw Anabelle. Anabelle was livid so AJ pretended to be asleep.

"I'm gonna go to the hall." Anabelle said clearing her throat. AJ's dad, Max, followed her grabbing her hand.

AJ went to sleep after her dad and Anabelle left the room.
