'Ahhh today is the day' I thought as our car stopped in front of our new house it was quite beautiful it was painted 'rose red' that was slightly chipped in some places. As I got out of the car I yelled out to my mom "Hey mom I'm gonna go meet our new neighbors!"
"Okay sweetie be careful!" My mom replied with.
I skipped (yes I skipped get over it) up to the house which was a pale green color. I went up the steps and knocked on the door....... someone answered and I must say he looked awesome from his green hair to his black combat boots 'Wow finally someone else with dyed hair!' I thought.
"Hello, I am your new neighbor and my name is (Y/N) and I hope we can be friends"
"Hey (Y/N) nice to meet you, my name is Ted." He said with a slight smile.
"Hey, want to be friends!" Wow I'm sounding a little desperate.
"Sure, want to hang out with me and my friends later?"
" YES!" I yelled scaring him a little, whoops "Sorry, I just love making new friends" I said.
"It's fine, my friend, Chris, is really energetic so I'm used to it"
"Okay, here's my number" I said handing him a piece of paper.
"Cool, so I'll see you later?"
"Yeah!"
"Okay" he said chuckling slightly while ruffling my hair.
"Bye bye!" I yelled while running back to my house to help unpack. I went into my room and started unpacking
*Time Skip* (4 hours later)
Well that took forever, but it was worth it because it looks awesome!

It was about 2:00 AM so I decided to text Ted.
(Y/N): Hey Ted its me (Y/N) want to hang out.
Ted: Sure meet me at the Happy Melon so I can introduce you to my friends Chris and Aiden
(Y/N): Roger Dodger! 😺😜
I turned off my phone and ran downstairs and tripped on the last step and kissed the floor.
"Honey, are you okay! " My mom said concerned.
"I'm absolutely, positively great" I yelled jumping up with a big smile on my face.
"Okay, okay," my mom said chuckling.
"Hey, mom, can I hang out with some friends I made today?"
"You made friends already? Talk about social butterfly, sure honey"
"Thanks, your the best mom ever!"
"Sure sweetie, where will you be?"
"The Happy Melon smoothie shop"
"Okay sweetie, have fun!"
I ran upstairs to get my backpack.

I then walked out my door while listening to (Favorite Song) while walking to The Happy Melon, new friends here I come!
