(Y/N)'s POV

When I arrived at the Happy Melon I gently pulled off my headphones careful not to mess up my wolf ears and put them in my backpack. I walked into the shop and was instantly hit with a yummy aroma of watermelon, bananas, and strawberries! I looked and spotted Ted which wasn't that hard cause of his hair "Hey Ted I didn't know that you worked here!" "Yeah I mean its a pretty cool job." "Cool so should I wait until your shift is over?" "Sure you can go wait with Aiden he's right over there" He said pointing over at a boy with a bunny hoodie and black hair "How old is he" I ask "He's 12" "*gasp* Really then he's my age!" "Yeah I guess he is" "Okay I'm gonna go introduce myself!".

I walked over to the table and plopped myself on the seat next to him. He appears to be playing a video game. He looks up at me ands says " Want do you want freak" 'Ouch' "Well hiya i'm Ted's new neighbor and friend and he invited me here so I can meet you and a guy named Chris" He looked up at me again and I swore I saw a faint blush painting his cheeks but I must be crazy. "Whatever" he murmured "Yay! I can't wait to hang out with you seem like an awesome person to be friends with" "Thanks I guess......" We sat there for about 15 minutes in silence till he spoke "What's with the ears and tail" "Oh I don't know I guess it's just always been my dream to be a wolf they're awesome" "That's cool" " Aww thank you" I said smiling.

Chris' POV

I just finished cleaning the counter when I looked up to see Aiden and a boy with wolf ears and a Deadpool backpack 'Maybe Ted knows this kid' I went over to Ted who was taking inventory and decided to scare him 'Heh heh' I snuck up on him and jumped on his back "Ahhhh" "Hey Ted do you know that kid sitting with Aiden?" "Chris don't do that I almost dropped this smoothie and then I would have to pay for it and yes that's my new neighbor I said he could hang out with us" "Well looks like Aiden likes him maybe even like likes him cause I saw him blush~" I sung "Woah really" "Yea~" "Okay then let's finish up and I'll introduce you" "Kay"
'I need to find out if he likes him' I thought.

(Y/N)'s POV

I was talking to Aiden about different video games when Ted and a blonde haired guy with a cat shirt walked up to us "Ok Chris, Aiden this is (Y/N)" Ted said "Hiya I'm Chris and I like cats and this is my little bro Aiden" "He already knows that freak" Aiden says
"Well okay I'm (Y/N) (L/N) and I don't have a favorite animal I like all of them" I say smiling brightly not noticing that Aiden blushed a dark pink. "Hmm interesting" Chris murmured "What was that" I asked "Oh nothing" He replied 'Weird' "Anyway what do you want to do (Y/N)" Ted asked "I don't know I'm new here so I don't know anything about this town" "Then how about we go hang out at our house I can show you my cat army" "YOU HAVE A CAT ARMY THAT'S AWESOME!" "See Ted someone thinks it's cool" Chris said smugly. Ted rolls his eyes "Anyways let's get to the car" We all exited the shop and stopped in front of a yellow Koyota "Get in everyone" Ted said "I love your car Ted" "Thanks" we pulled out of the parking lot and drove back to the neighborhood.
