I stepped into my apartment. I quickly changed into dry clothes. While blow-drying my hair, I observed the umbrella the stranger had given me. It was dark blue. It seemed to have cost a lot. It had no label on it so I couldn't *google* it. I wondered how the heck I was going to return the umbrella to him. His answer about his name still haunts me. What did he mean I already knew his name when we had never seen each other before? And his voice sounded so familiar. But I was absolutely sure I hadn't seen him before.
Finally giving up, I turned off the blow-dryer and went straight to bed even though it was only seven and I hadn't had dinner."Oppa! Saranghae!" Screams echoed the hall. I could barely breathe. I pushed my way through the crowd. The hall was so crowded it was suffocating. But I couldn't give up. I needed to see BTS. Motivating myself, I took a deep breath. I was panting and sweating.
Finally, there was a deafeningly loud cheer. I tiptoed to see that BTS had arrived. I cheered as well. The boy band started to give fan service. I waited patiently. After waiting for what seemed like forever, it was finally my turn. I tried to hide my excitement but failed when Rapmon was right in front of me. I handed him the flower crown I prepared. I couldn't help exclaiming "Oh my gosh! I'm actually seeing you up close!" Since I was too excited, that came out in English. However, it wasn't a problem as Rapmon could speak English very well. He grinned and held out his hand. Shakingly, I took it. I handed him the album I had bought recently with my free hand. He signed it and smiled at me. He asked me, in English, how I could speak English. I told him I was from the US and had come to Seoul before going to college. He looked surprised at first but was stopped from further questions because I was forced to move.
Suddenly, I was facing worldwide handsome Jin. I told him he was more handsome in person, this time in Korean. I earned a flying kiss because of that. We held hands and talked about how I got there. Then again, I had to move.
I faced Taehyung. He grinned mishievously when he saw the flower crown. I giggled. He told me to hand over my phone. I did as told. He took a selfie of him with my phone and handed it back to me. I whispered "Saranghae, oppa," and he made a heart with his fingers. I couldn't linger for long.
I was now facing J-Hope. He tried to make funny faces with the flower crown on his head. I chuckled, telling him that he still looked handsome anyhow. He smiled at that. He waved at me when I had to move.
Then, I was right in front of Suga. I asked him to rap. He did so very cooly I might have fainted. He smirked when I gasped at the end. We shook hands and off I went.
I squealed when Jimin kissed my hand. Such a gentleman I thought. He laughed at my reaction. I asked him to do aegyo and he did it very shyly. It was so cute I squealed again. He chuckled at that. He didn't let go of my hand even though the line was moving. When we did let go, he pretended to be sad.
I was finally facing the maknae. He was staring at me when I handed him the album. He quickly signed it and looked up. "We meet again, Chloe-ssi," he said, smirking. My eyes went wide. What did he mean by that? We had never seen each other before. I saw him studying me. With a confused expression, I told him, "How do you know who I am, oppa?"
He chuckled. "Oppa? That wasn't what you called me the last time."
I raised my eyebrows. "When?" I asked, still trying to figure out what was going on.
"If I told you, it wouldn't be fun, would it?" he answered with the sexiest grin ever. Normally, I would have fainted but my mind was on other things right then. Since it seemed like he wasn't going to say anything else, I kept up with the line and went out of the hall.I didn't go home right away. I stopped at a bakery nearby. I had a feeling I was being followed and I saw a man in black whenever I turned around. I bought some bread and left the shop. As soon as I made a left, someone grabbed my shoulder. I screamed and turned around. The person behind me let go and held his/her finger to the lip, gesturing me to shut up. The person was wearing a mask so I couldn't see the face. The stranger gestured me to follow. I was led to a narrow street. I knew taekwondo so I prepared myself. As soon as the coast was clear, the stranger took of the mask and I fainted.
I came to after a minute or so. I was sitting on the ground with the hottest boy beside me. Is it a dream? I thought and pinched myself. I winced at the pain. The boy chuckled. "It's not a dream, Chloe-ssi"
"Are you who I think you are?" I asked, my voice cracking.
He nodded and said, "Jeon Jungkook, pleased to meet you. You have something of mine."
I gave him a questioning look. He added, "To be more specific, you have my umbrella."
My mouth dropped. "Your umbrella? You mean......" I trailed off.
He smirked. "Yes, I am the guy who lended you the umbrella yesterday. "Surprise!"
I might have stopped breathing. He was staring right at me. Being a huge fangirl, I couldn't help but fall for his smirk. I knew my face was as red as a tomato.
"Oh my gosh!" I said in English. Remembering that I was in Korea, I added, "I can't believe it!" He was grinning like crazy. "Your umbrella's not with me right now. It's in my apartment." I told him.
He nodded. "I'll come with you then."
I was too stunned to speak. *Was the golden maknae flirting with me?* *Am I in heaven?* "Why in a hurry?" I said instead.
"IU sunbaenim gave it to me as a present. It's important to me."
"Oh," was all I could say. His words stabbed me like a dagger. Of course, it's IU. "How about I give it to you tomorrow?"
"At the BigHit building? Ok then, just don't tell anyone you know me."
I nodded. He got up , grinned and put the mask back on, "See you tomorrow, Chloe-*ssi*" With that, he was out of sight.
You guy, I tried my very best so please forgive me if there are any mistakes. Feel free to comment too.
