"W-what did you just do?" Gulat na tanong ko.

He just stared at me like nothing happened! How can he keep his cool like that? I mean... He. He just stole my first kiss and after that he act like nothing?! Ni hindi siya gumagalaw!

"You said to help you get there Venice." He shrugged, "That's my first move." Then he shrugged again.

Wala man lang reaksyon sa mukha niya habang ako ay nakatulala dito. Ang bilis din ng tibok ng puso ko! Bakit ang sama niya? He's going to shake up my heart then he'll just leave?

"Hoy san ka pupunta?" Sigaw ko pero hindi niya ako pinansin at umalis na lang.

Bigla naman akong natauhan nung tumunog ang phone ko.

"Hello? Oh right. I'm sorry, be there in 10." Sabi ko kay Greg. Naalala ko may meeting nga pala kami.

Pagkapunta ko sa cafe, nakita ko kaagad si Greg. Nilapitan ko siya agad para matapos na yung meeting namin.

"So let's begin."

We talked about our plans for the club and the magazine. Makikipagcoordinate kami sa student publications para doon. Magpapa-audition din kami for models na kailangan sa photoshoot for the magazine. We also talked about possible themes na magagamit at topics.

"So that's all." Sabi ni Greg.

"I think so too." Sagot ko naman.

"Okay, I'll make a proposal para dito and then, we just have to wait for the office's approval." Then he smiled.

I took a sip from my cappuccino then I nodded, "Well then. I have to go. Gabi na rin kasi eh."

"Okay sure. Gusto mo ihatid na kita?" He offered.

"No thanks, andiyan naman si Manong sa labas eh." I politely declined.

Then he nodded before I leave. Pagkasakay ko sa sasakyan, biglang nagvibrate yung phone ko. Lucas sent me a text?! Is this real?!

My gods. Even by just reading his text, I can hear his voice!

Napahawak ako sa labi ko. He kissed me. He freaking kissed me! I felt my lips curl up when the realization hit me.

Not long ago I was crying over a guy who didn't even like me and now I smiling because of someone else! Ganun na ba ako kalandi? I'm even smiling because that guy kissed me!

I happily tapped the keyboard to write my reply. The smiled didn't even dare to leave my face.

To: Lucas

On my way home.

I waited for his reply pero wala. Kahit hindi maalis ang ngiti sa labi ko, panay pa rin ang tingin ko sa phone ko. Hanggang sa makauwi ako ay wala pa rin siyang reply. Bakit kaya?

"Oy cousin! Ginabi na ng uwi ah?" Bungad ni Mickey nung makita niya akong pumasok sa pintuan.

"May meeting kasi." I said trying to mask of that smile.
